To provide an objective introduction to China House, it is important to consider the feedback shared by recent customers online. These reviews offer direct insights into the dining experience and the quality of food served. Several customers have expressed significant dissatisfaction with their meals, which potential diners should take into account.
One reviewer shared a detailed account of their experience, noting several issues with the food. They described the lo mein as having a "coppery taste" and found the sweet and sour sauce to have an unusual consistency. While they found the egg roll and cheese wonton to be "perfect" in taste, their overall assessment of the food quality was negative. They mentioned that some dishes were bland, while the sweet and sour chicken was excessively breaded. Furthermore, this reviewer echoed concerns raised by others about experiencing stomach discomfort after eating at China House, advising potential customers to exercise caution.
Another customer expressed strong disappointment with the value proposition, stating that the "$10 per plate is not worth it." Their critique extended to the fried rice, which they described as an unappetizing "Mexican-Asian fusion rice attempt" that neither looked nor tasted like traditional fried rice. This suggests a significant deviation from expected standards for a classic Chinese dish. The reviewer also claimed that the advertised pictures of the food did not accurately represent what was received, indicating a potential discrepancy between expectations set by marketing materials and the actual food served.
Further compounding the negative feedback, this customer reported that the food was excessively oily, seemingly as an attempt to compensate for a lack of flavor. Disturbingly, they also mentioned that one of their two orders of sesame chicken was undercooked, raising serious concerns about food safety and preparation standards.
Adding visual context to their negative experience, this reviewer referred to accompanying pictures of their "full plates," including boxed fried rice that was considered a meal. They also questioned the identity of a "red stuff" present on the sesame chicken rice. Overall, their experience was summarized as "dissatisfying, disgusting, and disappointing," indicating a high level of displeasure with the food.
Based on these recent customer reviews, it is challenging to provide a positive description of the environment, services, or features of China House. The overwhelming focus of the feedback is on significant issues with the food quality, preparation, and value. There is no mention of the restaurant's ambiance or the attentiveness of the service staff in these particular reviews. Therefore, it is not possible to offer insights into these aspects based solely on the provided information.
Similarly, there is no information available regarding any promotional offers or unique features that China House might provide. The absence of positive feedback regarding the core product – the food – overshadows any potential discussion of other aspects of the restaurant.
In conclusion, an objective assessment of China House based on recent online customer reviews suggests significant concerns regarding the taste, quality, preparation, and value of the food. Multiple reviewers have expressed strong dissatisfaction, citing issues such as unusual tastes, poor preparation, misleading presentation, and potential food safety concerns. Potential customers are advised to consider this feedback when making dining decisions. Without any positive comments or information about the environment, services, or promotional offers, it is difficult to provide a comprehensive or encouraging introduction to China House at this time. Individuals interested in dining at China House may want to consider these recent experiences and potentially seek more up-to-date information or alternative opinions before making a decision.

Customer Reviews
I wanted to give my honest review, about this place. The lo mein taste like a coppery taste, and the sweet and sour is odd. .shape wise. The egg roll and cheese wonton was perfect, by the taste quality of the food is not very well. Some of it bland the sweet and sour being to breaded. And the people saying it gave them stomaches now I understand. Just don't.
First of all, the $10 per plate is not worth it here. Second, I’m not sure what kind of Mexican-Asian fusion rice attempt this is but I’m sure as hell this is not what fried rice looks like, nor what it tastes like. The advertised pictures of their food are not what you get. The poor taste of the food seems to be overcompensating with the amount of oil. One of the 2 orders of Sesame chicken is undercooked. For reference each item you see in these pictures are “full plates” yes the boxed fried rice is a meal. There was an option to get large items. Not sure what the red stuff is on the sesame chicken rice but all of the food was dissatisfying, disgusting and disappointing.
Ordered Sesame beef and beef fried rice. The sesame beef didn’t taste like meat, but tasted like batter. You had to peel a huge layer of batter to even see the beef. We were hoping that the fried rice would be better. But nope, they used old oil, the beef was stale, and worst of all, there was strand of hair. Since I was hungry, I didn’t read the reviews before buying. But it looks like there are a lot of complaints from a long time, and it seems like there hasn’t been any improvements. I really hope you can make it your goal to be authentic to how you serve people who are generating your profit. Imagine how great it would be for you to create joy through your food. What is your actual goal? Wouldn’t it be nice if people recommended your restaurant to others? I don’t see the point of doing something when it’s not the best out there.
The garlic fried chicken is unfit to eat as it had been cooked over at least twice. The rice also was unappetizing and unappealing. Got the runaround when I tried to call. I was transferred to an answering machine Totally unacceptable We have been ordering meals from the restaurant for many years, Perhaps we should take our business elsewhere.
Kept giving this place another shot because I have very limited options for Chinese food delivery where I am but oh my gosh I’ve had enough. Every single time I order from here my entire family ends up with major bowel problems, borderline food poisoning. This most recent time I ordered I called to confirm the order for delivery because we were having bad weather and I wanted to make sure there wouldn’t be an issue for delivery. I called ELEVEN times and every single time I was told the employees could not confirm online orders so I’d have to be transferred to the manager. Well the manager did not answer even one time. I left two voicemails and he/she NEVER called back… seriously?? The food is also shockingly overpriced. Three meals cost $62 after tax, delivery fee, and “convenience fee” (yea right) - that doesn’t even include tip. The food is not worth the hassle, the cost, or the abrupt trips to the bathroom. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
