Environment: No specific details about the restaurant's environment or ambiance are mentioned in the provided reviews.

Services: Customer feedback indicates significant issues with the service. One reviewer described receiving the wrong type of rice despite confirmation of their order. Another highlighted long wait times and instances of missing items in their orders. These experiences suggest potential problems with order accuracy and efficiency.

Features: China House offers a variety of Chinese dishes, including Singapore noodles, Mongolian beef, sesame chicken, and crab rangoon. However, recent customer reviews express strong dissatisfaction with the quality and value of these items. One reviewer described their Singapore noodles as flavorless and tasting like hot water. Multiple customers found the food to be overpriced for the amount of meat received, often consisting mainly of sauce and onions. The crab rangoons were described as overfried, hard, dry, and lacking in filling, with one customer noting the absence of crab. The sweet and sour sauce was criticized for being excessively watered down. Additionally, ordering multiple dishes like Mongolian beef, sesame chicken, and lo mein requires purchasing each as a separate, expensive entree without any combination options. Even a simple request for white rice was reportedly mishandled, with the customer consistently receiving soy sauce-soaked "fried" rice instead.

The worst Singapore I’ve ever ordered. Singapore’s main spice is curry, turning the dish a deep yellow color. This item was on the pricey side and had absolutely no flavor. I had one bite and it tasted like hot water.

Enough is enough. This will be my final order and I encourage others to not waste your money. The food is extremely overpriced. You’ll never get enough meat to justify the price.. you’ll get sauce and onions. My crab rangoons were fried extremely hard, almost as if they had been double fried. Another indication was that the crab rangoon was dry on the inside. First time for everything right? The sweet and sour sauce is actually what sent me over the edge. It is simply red colored water. It’s so watered down and in the smallest container possible. Meanwhile there are other restaurants in the area that give you more sauce than you need and the rangoon for $5. They are proudly charging $9. Therefore I’m struggling to understand why this restaurant is cutting the sauce with THAT much water. You won’t get another dime out of me for that display of sheer greed. I will let everyone I know to go elsewhere. Please listen to the reviews and just find a place that’s going to respect you and your money. Also if you want to try multiple dishes, this is not the spot. Let’s say you’d like Mongolian beef and sesame chicken with lo mein. You have to buy each item separately. $18 for the Mongolian beef, $17 for the sesame chicken, and another $17 for the shrimp lo mein. That’s $52 before tax. No appetizer. No drink. One person. You're not getting massive portions so it just feels like a cash grab. It makes me feel like they only care about profit and not the product they are pushing out. You’d think my simple request for WHITE RICE would be easy to fulfill, however they always give me a container of “fried” rice which is just the rice soaked in soy sauce. The woman on the phone reassured me that I would actually be getting the white rice but to my dismay I received the “fried” rice. The inability to provide me with white rice leads me to believe that just have massive batches of the soy sauce seasoned rice premade and they are just heating and stuffing to order. Attached are pictures that clearly show the double fried rangoon tasting of old oil and crumbled dry cream cheese. Tell me if you can see any crab. You can also observe the water sauce, which I did my best to highlight. I dipped a corner of the rangoon inside and the water sauce slipped off leaving a slight red tent. I included what they are referring to as “fried rice.” There are also pictures of the Mongolian beef. One with how it looks upon receiving, notice the unnecessary amount of onions. I suspect these act as some sort of “filler.” Do not be fooled! The last picture is how much meat was actually in the container. Again, notice the copious amount of onions. $18 for Mongolian ONIONS with beef. Didn’t get the rice I wanted and the CREAM CHEESE rangoons were inedible. My meal cost roughly $32 for what you see in the pictures. TLTR Disgustingly greedy and cutting corner type practices, mediocre food, with a 5 star price tag.

I had an incredible experience at this Chinese restaurant! The food was amazing – each dish was packed with flavor. The service was attentive and friendly, making the meal even more enjoyable. Surprisingly, the buffalo wings were a standout! They added a unique twist to the menu and were delicious. Highly recommend this spot for both traditional and unique flavors!"

First time we have eaten at this restaurant. We came from another town and everything was so good! Such a clean environment and very welcoming. The lady who took our order was very nice and it was also quick!

First time visiting this place and my food was over priced and hoorific. I was extremely dissatisfied with my House Egg Foo Young. The chicken pieces inside the EFY had an old taste to it and the patties were seasonless. YUK!! The fried rice wasn't. It was white rice with a few onions that had been tossed in some brown or black sauce(maybe Soy). Nonetheless, it too was taste less and overall for the price I paid for this one dish (and I ordered an extra) was gravy was not worth what I was charged. Tastless, flavorless, old meat food.l and extremely over priced. Will not return!! First time impressions are long lasting impressions.
