China House Chinese & American Food

This was a terrible experience. I was trying to order food for a friend to cheer her up, and instead was met with every challenge. I called and while trying to order, I had to repeat my order, my number of phone, address, and card number an obscene amount of times. I don't know whats wrong with their phones but if you can't take an order properly, you should fix that immediately. I work at a restaurant myself so I understand and am patient when it comes to ordering. However, when I asked to pay with card, they said that I'd have to show ID when it was delivered. I explained its a gift for a friend I won't be there, and they told me my friend would have to show ID. When the delivery guy got to my friend's, he proceeded to argue with them saying that he needed a credit card(despite already having paid, and explaining the situation) when I called to fix the issue, it was resolved, only for them to realize that they had screwed up the order on top of it all. I would never order from here if you'd like to get what you pay for in a reasonable manner. And thats coming from someone that works in the food business.

The food was horrible. Shrimp rolls had rotten cabbage in it. And the Shrimp Fried Rice was uncooked properly.The shrimp were almost a raw pink looked totally uncooked .It also smelled bad. Please be mindful when you are ordering food from these Chinese Stores. As of today I will no longer purchase from another Chinese store in my Life.

By any means do not get the cheesesteak roll. There was no meat or cheese. They should call it a fried onions roll because that was all that I saw and all that I tasted.

Sorry but their food was nasty I ordered beef and broccoli with chicken fried rice, broccoli wasn't fresh, beef tasted old and chicken tasted fake. The chicken wings was slightly soggy, trash and along with the funnel cake they both seem like they was cooked in old oil.

Grew up eating her food...call it what u want. Ive never gotten bad food. The family that runs the store are the nicest people
