So, I ordered Chicken Chow Mein tonight…. And got this. This is like a boiled salad with rice on the side. Chow Mein is supposed to be stir fried noodles mixed with vegetables and meat. Very disappointed since normally we have a good time here. I normally don’t do review either but, I mean… c’mon look at this

Food is not bad but their customer service is horrible. The never follow the notes placed on the Beyond Menu online form. Again tonight for 8th time, I placed an order and asked for only packets of mustard and duck sauce to be placed in the bag- no soy sauce at all please. Again, they sent only soy sauce packets in the bag with 1 duck sauce packet. I call and am told the mgr will call me back. She does and I tell her the same. First she says she put every packet in the bag and I ask why when I specifically asked for no soy sauce. She then apologies and offers to have the driver bring the packets. 40mins and no packets- I call and the same mgr told them not bring the packets trying to claim I didn't ask for them. Thank goodness, Beyond Menu maintains an order record; it's clearly written on the note section of the order. But I'm still sitting here without the requested sauces to eat my dinner. China Gourmet if you don't want my business that is not a problem but I won't be lied to or called a liar by a person who can't follow a simple written instruction. I like to support local businesses but there are plenty of other places that have much better food, do follow instructions, and practice good customer service.

Ordered online combo platter Szechuan chicken with lo mein. I got my food and it was all veggies with fried rice! They even charged extra money for the lo mein!! Absolutely ridiculous!! Will never go here again!!
