About China Garden Restaurant
China Garden Restaurant, located at 8833 Conroy Windermere Rd, Orlando, FL 32835, provides Chinese meal delivery services. While one customer gave 5 stars for service and atmosphere, indicating they only used delivery and couldn't speak to in person experience, the food quality has received significant criticism in other reviews.
Several customers have expressed disappointment with the food. The shrimp lo mein was described as flavorless with mushy noodles. The chicken wings were noted to be hard and over-fried. The beef teriyaki was the only dish consistently praised. Other items, such as wontons, crab rangoon, spareribs, fried shrimp, and spring rolls, were described as hard, inedible, or having a metallic aftertaste. One customer felt the price was not justified by the food quality.
There have also been concerns raised about the restaurant's cleanliness and service. One customer mentioned a server wearing a dirty shirt and sandals, and another described seeing an employee wiping their nose on the floor. Additionally, the shrimp egg foo young was described as having an excessive portion size and an undesirable glaze-like gravy.
While portion sizes were considered decent by some, overall customer experiences suggest inconsistencies in food quality and service. Potential customers are advised to consider these reviews before placing an order. For delivery or inquiries, you can contact them at (407) 909-8833 or +1 407-909-8833.

Customer Reviews
I gave 5 stars for service and atmosphere since I ordered delivery and can't comment on those. But the food...*deep sigh*... I'm compelled to say how lackluster this experience was. I try to remind myself not to have 'high expectations' when it comes to Central Florida and its American Chinese food, and this was another 'not it!' The Shrimp lo mein was flavorless and had extremely mushy noodles. Thankful I had extra soy sauce, oyster sauce, and msg on hand to help this one. The chicken wings were hard and over fried. The platters' only star was the beef teriyaki. The wontons and crab ragoon were hard and inedible, the 'spareribs' were overcooked and hard, the fried shrimp tasted like they were previously frozen and were hard as rocks, the spring rolls were mushy and had a weird 'metallic' aftertaste. For the price, this was not worth it. But hey, everyone has different taste buds...
This used to be my favorite spot for a cozy and somewhat authentic Chinese restaurant. They have a young guy as a server in a dirty shirt and scandals YUCK! Then my favorite girl who has been there forever upfront is blowing her noise and cleaning and wiping her noise right on the floor while I wait for my food. My husband's portion was decent for lunch, and my shrimp egg Foo young was excessively way too much. I don't like the glaze looking gravy. I like the rich, smooth gravy. So my experience was just okay. Im not sure if I'm going back.
I quite enjoy the quality and consistency.... ( Of course, I always get the same dish, so you have to take that into account) The food & service are prompt and personal, whether taking out or eating in. Their longevity in the market speaks volumes for their consistant quality... glad they're still "in the fight."
If I could give it zero stars I would. The service was just horrible. The woman that’s taking your order was very unpleasant. They need to work on their customer service skill because non of the workers that you come in contact with are not pleasant. She didn’t even ask me if I wanted to dine in and even when I was trying to get her attention she acted as if she didn’t hear or see me trying to get her attention.
Came here on a whim passing though with work. Was not expecting a full sit down restaurant. Were sat immediately and given menus. The woman serving us brought a plate of fried wonton skins and duck sauce. Wow want expecting that. I got Hunan pork with fried rice combo. When I asked for double spicy the waitress actually chuckled. Took less than ten minutes to receive the meal. It was great. If I'll back in the area would love to stop in again
