About China First

China First, located at 4401 N MacArthur Blvd ste e, Warr Acres, OK 73122, USA, operates as a Chinese restaurant offering a range of services typically associated with this category, including cooked food for sale. However, an objective review of recent customer feedback available online paints a concerning picture regarding the overall dining experience at this establishment. Potential customers are strongly advised to consider these widespread reports before deciding to patronize China First.

Based on direct customer testimonials, the primary area of concern for China First revolves around the **quality and safety of its food**. Multiple reviewers have described their culinary experience in overwhelmingly negative terms. The fried rice, a staple in Chinese cuisine, has been reported as "mushy and flavorless," indicating potential issues with preparation or ingredient quality. The chicken in various dishes has been critically described as "rubbery" and having an "off taste," suggesting concerns about texture, freshness, or cooking methods. Egg rolls, another popular appetizer, were found to be "so greasy they were almost inedible." A recurring and particularly alarming complaint across several reviews is an "overwhelming stale oil taste," implying that cooking oil may not be changed frequently enough or that food items are being left out for extended periods, leading to a compromised flavor profile and potentially food safety issues.

Beyond the quality of the food, significant issues have been raised regarding the **cleanliness of the restaurant's environment**. While specific details are limited, one review explicitly states that "the restaurant didn’t seem very clean." In the context of the food quality complaints, this generalized concern about cleanliness could extend to various aspects of the establishment, including the dining area, kitchen, or food preparation spaces. For any food establishment, cleanliness is paramount for customer confidence and health, and these reports raise serious questions about the hygiene standards maintained at China First.

The **service at China First** has also attracted considerable negative attention. Reviewers have consistently described the service as "slow" and, more critically, the manager's attitude as "extremely rude." One particularly disturbing account details a customer's attempt to address concerns about rubbery and flavorless chicken in their fried rice. Instead of offering a resolution, the manager allegedly dismissed the customer's experience as "not true" and refused to recook the item or provide a refund. This refusal to address legitimate customer concerns and the alleged dismissive behavior from management indicates a severe lack of customer care and a disinterest in resolving issues, fostering an incredibly negative customer experience. This attitude directly contradicts the basic principles of hospitality and customer service, where a willingness to listen and rectify problems is crucial for business success.

The combination of these critical reviews leads to a strong **lack of promotional information** or positive attributes to highlight. Typically, an introduction to a Chinese restaurant would discuss signature dishes, inviting ambiance, special offers, or loyal customer bases. However, based on the provided information, the overwhelming sentiment from recent customers points towards a significant deficit in these areas. The direct and emphatic warnings from multiple individuals advising others to "DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT EVERY EAT HERE!" and to "Save your money and eat somewhere else!" serve as stark anti-promotional statements that cannot be overlooked. The strong advice to "DO NOT DISRESPECT YOUR GUT by eating here!" further underscores the depth of dissatisfaction and concern among former patrons.

It is important to note that without direct input from the restaurant management or a broader range of varied reviews, this introduction is solely based on the provided customer feedback, which is uniformly negative. The consistent nature of the complaints across different aspects – food quality, taste, hygiene, and customer service – suggests systemic issues rather than isolated incidents. Customers have reported feeling that the establishment "don’t care about your experience, they just want your money," which is a severe indictment of any business operating in the service industry.

For individuals in Warr Acres and surrounding areas considering dining at China First, it is crucial to be aware of these significant concerns. The telephone number for China First is (405) 789-3819, and the mobile phone number is +1 405-789-3819. The address remains 4401 N MacArthur Blvd ste e, Warr Acres, OK 73122, USA. However, the consistent and severe negative feedback regarding food quality, alleged lack of cleanliness, and highly unsatisfactory customer service, particularly from management, presents a considerable deterrent. Customers have clearly stated their intentions to "not be coming back" and strongly advise others against visiting. Therefore, exercising extreme caution and considering alternative dining options is highly recommended based on the publicly available customer experiences.

In conclusion, while China First is categorized as a Chinese restaurant in Warr Acres, the available customer reviews present a consistent narrative of profound dissatisfaction. The feedback highlights significant issues with food quality, including mushy fried rice, rubbery and off-tasting chicken, greasy egg rolls, and a pervasive stale oil taste. Furthermore, concerns about the restaurant's cleanliness and exceptionally poor customer service, characterized by rude management and a refusal to resolve issues or issue refunds, are prevalent. Given the severity and consistency of these negative experiences, potential diners are strongly urged to heed the warnings from former patrons and explore other Chinese dining options in the area.

I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, the food was absolutely terrible. The fried rice was mushy and flavorless, the chicken was rubbery and tasted off, and the egg rolls were so greasy they were almost inedible. On top of that, everything had an overwhelming stale oil taste, like it had been sitting out for hours. To make matters worse, the service was slow, and the restaurant didn’t seem very clean. I won’t be coming back. Save your money and eat somewhere else!

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT EVERY EAT HERE! Food is not safe, manager is extremely rude and service is bad! This is by far THE worst experience I’ve ever had! Ordered chicken fried rice and the chicken was the texture of bubblegum and flavorless! I let the manger know about my experience and she told me that my experience isn’t true and would not help with resolving my concern by recooking the chicken. After she refused to fix the issue I asked for a refund and she said no! Don’t wast your time or money. Most importantly, DO NOT DISRESPECT YOUR GUT by eating here! They don’t care about your experience, they just want your money!

I spent 30.00 we ordered combination low mein and sesame chicken, 2 egg rolls and egg drop soup. It was the worst food I ever ate and we didn't even eat the rotten food. Low mein had spaghetti noodles, no veggies, no meat and no flavor. Sesame chicken was from lunch and some pieces wasn't even chicken it was an unknown meat and no flavor basically it was dried up, the egg rolls were old and tasted old.e are senior citizens and wasted the money that we really can't afford to waste. I am gonna spread the word not to eat at China First and tell them why. There is alot of seniors that will spread the word. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!

Received a flyer/menu on my door — thought maybe I’d check them out for lunch. I ordered Pepper Steak with Rice and Egg drop soup. The rice was undercooked, the soup wasn’t hot, and I only got (3) pieces of meat — literally three pieces of meat! I ordered (3) meals and the rice in all three meals was undercooked. I ordered three meals and I only got 3 duck sauces after I asked for more. Customer service was terrible. I came to spend money at your restaurant, the least you can do is be nice. It explains why they chose to promote in Yukon because no one is buying their food in the metro. I’m not sure if they have a shortage on meat but I’m not a vegetarian, I ordered beef because I wanted beef.

Ordered a lunch special and a few egg rolls for delivery and it cost nearly $25. If that wasn't bad enough it took more than an hour for my delivery to arrive where it was left on the front porch without a knock or ring to alert me that it had arrived. The mongolian beef lunch had very little beef and consisted primarily of onions. The chicken in the chicken fried rice was skimped as well. The rice was undercooked, and the egg rolls were over cooked. The egg drop soup was good for what that is worth.
