I have been eating at this restaurant for at least 9 to 10 years. Tonight I ordered something I’ve ordered for many years but I do not order the same thing every time I call. My order was received and was incorrect. I called to have the correct items sent to my home and I would send back the incorrect items to the store. I was told this would be handled. A few minutes later I received a phone call back from the restaurant explaining that there was a two dollar price difference between the two incorrect items and that I would need to pay four dollars to have my order corrected. after a yelling match between me and the owner I promptly told her that I would never eat there again. There have been many times in the past that they have sent me incorrect items or have not sent items I’ve ordered at all. Very few times have I called to complain. Mainly because I’ve been eating there for so long and I love the food. The owner told me I ordered incorrectly tonight and it was my fault and therefore I would need to pay the four dollar difference. I will leave reviews all over social media so that other customers can see that after a 9 to 10 year relationship with a customer this restaurant doesn’t care about customer service. DO NOT EAT HERE! This restaurant obviously has no concern for the customer. This is absolutely disgusting that a restaurant owner would call a longtime customer requesting four dollars for their error. How petty can one owner really be? And from the reviews I’m seeing seven hours ago it seems as if they’re petty as another customer had the same problem. Maybe the restaurant owner should realize that customers are what keeps her in business.

The food is fast and tasty, the place is very clean and the staff are so friendly especially Jess 😊

Beside the quality of food, service is awful, I ordered online 2x tsos chicken, 1x orange chicken, 1x house special lo mein for delivery, we got delivered: 3x orange chicken. ...! When I called they were not willing to correct their mistakes or redeliver.

I order food and with the lunch specials got sodas never got my sodas, they had the balls to call me n say they were going to charge.me for delivery cause I was at work and it was too far! Okay whatever then had the balls to tell me to make sure I tip the delivery person.Excuse me!!! I called to complain about my soda and he was very rude and nasty never again.

China Express was our pick for a quick lunch. The Chicken Lo Mein and the Chicken Chow Mein was tender and a nice serving to keep you filled up for the day.
