I ordered my order over the phone for pickup. I looked up the menu online before ordering. Once I decided what I wanted I placed my order. They said it would be ready in fifteen minutes. When I got there fifteen minutes or so later I walked in. Let’s just say you definitely don’t need a mask in this establishment because they are behind plastic. It’s kind of confusing when you walk in. I didn’t even know where to go, but when you walk in the pick up is on the right side as soon as you walk in. You talk to the people threw plastic you picked the order threw a plastic box and don’t you know you even pay threw a plastic box. I never seen anything like this in my life. I get trying to be safe from the pandemic but do you really need to do all that. When I received my food it was fresh and hot. Let’s just say that the pictures don’t match the food. I didn’t like the butterfly shrimp some had more batter than needed. The picture definitely doesn’t match what I received. The house fried rice was alright but I have had better. I don’t know honestly if I would go back. The only thing great about was that they were on the money with the pickup time definitely didn’t have to wait. All I can say it’s up to you if you decide to come here.

Sauces are bland. Sesame sauce not sweet. Vegetable soup was mediocre and bland. Chicken wings were small, looked like the frozen kind. Mixed veggies with brown sauce was ok. 3 stars

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! I tried to order food from them online and they said my card didn't go through. I checked my bank account before trying to run my card again. The charge had gone through. I called them to confirm my order and they refused to bring me my food saying they didn't charge me for it and they sent me to a customer service line. I called my bank to check with the the fraud department. When I tried to call their customer service they gave me the run around until I told them I had my bank rep on the phone from the fraud department... the customer service rep from China express immediately hung up. Paid for Chinese food but did not get chinese food. This place sucks

The food here was delicious, I love their hot and sour soup.! I think they change recipes a little, because it tastes better now.

First time here and I wanted the “ experience” and joy of eating from the traditional carton and I specifically asked for chopsticks. Were they in my order? NOPE. The lobby was disgusting. The food was ok but not sure I want to deal with all the forgotten items. If I wanted a messed up order I’ll go to McDonald’s.
