HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If I could give 0 stars I would. They give you what they want you to have. Went to get chicken and broccoli with garlic sauce, with white rice instead of fried rice, because their fried rice is clumped and nasty. When picking up the order they said they did mixed vegetables instead of broccoli. I said it’s ok, because I have already waited. When I got home, I see that I had fried rice.. I called the store and they were rude. I said I’ll return the whole thing and they can remake it.. they said no, they would give me a cup of white rice… WHAT!!! Y’all messed up my whole order and wouldn’t even bother to remake it. Yall knew yall messed up the order before I even left the store, so it should have been fixed then. Never again will I return.

All my food was BURNT!!! How rude to take people’s money then burn the food and not remake it. They knew that the food was burnt before they packaged it to go out. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY I called to inform them that the food was burnt and they were so dismissive.

My husband says that the cheese steak egg roll was fire. And my kids loved the crab rangoons. So idk why the bad reviews. Very strange. Anyways it's our first time here. We just moved here from homestead FL.

I called for an Uber eats order to inform the restaurant I needed 4 forks and request soy sauce and sweet sauce, prior to the driver arriving i was placed on hold for 6 minutes! I called back she says your order is gone! Obviously they don't care about service! If I ordered that means no car right! Now I have food no utensils and no 3 soy sauce on a $50 order! That is so hurtful 💔 😢 and she had no remorse or apologies never get another dime cause I gotta get an Uber to be able to eat never again. Mind you the driver had not arrived yet...she pretty much took my money Don't shop with this restaurant for delivery they stingy with the sauce and didn't care to accommodate you see i have 6 entrees and provide 3 forks 3 soy sauce! They deserve no star

So terrible. Inedible food. We ordered this randomly on Uber Eats (where they have a rating of 4.2) only because after having our first order cancelled by Uber, this was going to be the next quickest place. Cannot believe this! clearly people who order from Uber Eats have no taste buds. This place is disgusting. The food was horribly bland, and made me question their health rating. First of all, the soup was literally inedible. We both poured a bowl of the hot and sour, and then dumped it out after tasting it. It was almost as if they had just dumped what was left of the hot and sour and egg drop soup together. There were so many things floating around in it that looked like they didn't belong there. I tasted one sip of the broth from the wonton soup, but didn't even bother with the dumplings. The broth tasted like hot water, but was a very vibrant, toxic-looking yellow color. I was scared to even cut into the dumpling for fear that it might have some chemicals in it, or something. There's absolutely no explanation of why wonton soup would be pee-colored yellow. The fried rice had a similar yellow color, which is again difficult to explain. Fried rice should not be yellow. It is white rice, that has been cooked with vegetables, egg, and whatever other meat or ingredients. The fried chicken, which was supposed to be Hunan chicken, was chewy. and came with no vegetables in it. It also had salted peanuts just dumped on top of it. They tasted like they were completely separate, and had no purpose there. Because I like vegetables so much, we ordered just cooked vegetables. That was probably the best part of the order, but it was still pretty flavorless. Aside of the food just being horrible, I greatly questioned the cleanliness of this place. I am comfortable at eating at many hole in the wall restaurants, but this food made me feel gross. Stay away!!!!!!!
