I just came here an ordered chicken fried rice . DISGUSTING rice is soggy definitely not fried rice at all. And I don’t know what kind of meat was in the rice but definitely not chicken. I’ll never eat here again! It gets worse every time I eat here. This was the last straw 👎🏻

Let me preface by saying I’m from Philly and I know the south is not known for Chinese food, but I was hoping to find something edible. So I ordered via Uber eats on a Friday night….mind you I have eaten nothing off of this plate before I took the pic. Ordered the rib tips, house lo mein, small chicken fried rice, beef lo mein and 2 egg rolls. The egg rolls were horrible! Ate a quarter of one and threw them both away. The rib tips were mainly seasoned bones with barely any meat on them. Hell as you can see in the pic there were even straight up bones with nothing on them. The house lo mein and chicken fried rice were passable, but I def wouldn’t recommend. My friend enjoyed the beef lo mein but he’s from the south and probably doesn’t know any better 🤣🤣🤣 j/k. Needless to say I’m 0-2 for Chinese food in Atlanta and def do not recommend this place at all if you come from the north and are accustomed to a certain type of Chinese food. Just go back home and get right. I wasted $80+ with the fees on this and I was tight. I repeat don’t do it!!

Highly Recommended: I've had the pleasure of ordering from China Dragon on Ponce de Leon Ave NE a few times, and each visit has been wonderful. I apologize, as I’ve never asked your name, but the lady who takes the orders and hands them off is one of the kindest and most caring people I've encountered in a long time! The first time I ordered from here, I experienced one of my most embarrassing moments—I was a few bucks short. Having never met me before, she looked at me and said, "Just pay extra next time!" I was blown away by her kindness, as it's almost non-existent these days. Due to being out of town, I wasn't able to return for a couple of months, but I never forgot her generosity. When I finally went back to pick up my order, I told her I owed her money from last time. She was surprised, having briefly forgotten, but she appreciated the gesture. It was a beautiful moment of kindness reciprocated, and I don't take such acts for granted. Super kind lady—I will ask your name next time! My favorite dish here is the Mongolian Beef, which I get extra spicy with mixed vegetables and either fried rice or brown rice (I can't remember which one they have). It’s my go-to for sure! While I love it this way, I assure you, her Mongolian Beef is fantastic on its own as well. And I have no doubt that the other items on the menu are just as good. If you haven't tried it this way, I highly recommend it. Even if you don't like spicy food, adding the mixed vegetables gives it that extra “mmmfff” that makes the traditional Mongolian Beef that much better! Only wish and not a negative by any means! Sometimes, especially weekends I just wish they would stay open a bit later, but I cannot blame them for closing when they do there is only two of them and they need their personal time as much as the rest of us and they well deserve theirs!

I been to china dragon a few times. I’m always nervous with Chinese because it can be a hit or miss just like every restaurant. But this day I got lemon pepper wings with chicken fried rice. The rice was my favorite part .. now the parking is a little tacky but it’s cool. Overall this is a solid Chinese restaurant.

I wanted Chinese food and had a taste for some good fried rice so I ordered the rice that comes with shrimp,beef and chicken. I said it twice no pork and got all the way and pork was all up in the mix😔 this was my first time going here. I'm not sure if I will return after saying something twice about something I don't care to eat.
