China Cook

Fried potstickers are absolutely delicious. So was the crab rangoon and egg rolls. I thought the chicken was below average, but the sweet and sour sauce was excellent Fried rice was not bad. I know it's called China cook but to me the food was more of a Japanese style 🤷

My favorite Chinese restaurant closed about a year ago and I have been on the search for a new restaurant who could come even just a tiny bit close to them. I tried 10+ restaurants before I found this gem!! The shrimp fried rice is spot on. Lots of flavor doesn’t taste gritty and has a good balance of egg, shrimp, onion, and seasoning. The crab rangoon‘s are perfect and the egg rolls are amazing! I have finally found my replacement Chinese restaurant!!

Food is really good and we love everything. My only complaint is delivery..even though I have specific directions to not ring doorbell (they knocked instead) and this makes my 3 large dogs go nuts and I have to navigate it every time just to get to the door..I simply said please set on doorstep and text this number when you arrive..I gave a good tip online too. I thought well maybe the person can't read or speak English..nope! English speaking person..this has happened every time unfortunately..

Very quick and friendly! Me and my mom got garlic chicken, szechuan chicken, hunan chicken, and chow mein. We enjoyed the szechuan the best and don’t think any of the dishes were spicy. All of the chicken dishes were very similar.

I ordered food, got it home and found an extremely long, reddish hair in my food. It was stuck in my rice. I called to let them know. I was told to return the full order in order to be refunded. I was also told to hurry up because they closed at 9. It was 8:15ishpm at the time. In my way to the restaurant she calls (8:33pm) and asks if I’m almost there because they want to close up for the evening. I assured her that I was a few minutes away and she said for me to just throw the food away and come the next day and she would refund me. Again, I assured her that I’d be there shortly. When I brought the food back and showed them the hair that was intertwined in my rice, there was a woman cooking with the same color hair and no hair net. Her hair wasn’t even pulled back. I was given a refund and a coupon for a “100% discount” on my next order. However, I’m 100% sure I won’t be going back.
