Terrible experience after going here for 15+years. Ordered 2 general lunch specials and the chicken was no good for the 1st time, so I immediately returned to the restaurant and requested a refund. The owner refused to refund said we ate all the food, but we only had a scope of the rice, and once we tried the chicken, it was so terrible, tasted like a musty basement. The owner said, "Never cone back." If you take a bite of the food, they can not refund, hahahaha I will not be going to this business after this terrible experience, especially the way they treat their loyal customers

I was quite pleased with the food and service both times I went. First time I ordered the chicken dumplings steamed, delicious. Second time I had to get more and also tried the general tao lunch special. Also delicious.

Me and my husband have been coming to china china for years and have never been so disappointed with the service or the food. We got two lunch specials general tao with rice and it tasted so awful like old musty water. We took a bite and brought it right back inside and kindly explained the issues with the food. The man behind the counter was so rude and would not remake or refund the food. We are now out 30.00 for 2 meals with no food to show for it. That food should not be served to anybody and i feel it is the restaurants responsibility to make a mistake right and have standards. I have always enjoyed the food here but lately it has been going downhill and is NOT fresh. We will never be returning after this experience. China China you should be ashamed of your low standards on food quality and how you treat your customers. You need to do better.

My family has been ordering from this location since I was in single digits (we're talking 6/7). I'm 37 now. We began ordering from here when we lived in Rexdale, off Redgrave Drive. To say we are life long customers is an understatement. The food never disappoints. And YES it is pretty standard for this place to take an hour or more for delivery. It's been like that since the mid '90s and even when we moved up the street, it was the same. They are very busy, and for good reason. If you're someone who is used to standard pizza time delivery, don't get it for delivery, pick it up. If you don't listen or believe them when they tell you 50 to 60 minutes for delivery, that's on you. Also, I've NEVER received cold food from them.
