Customer reviews for China Bridge indicate a range of experiences. One reviewer described it as a nice, small restaurant where typically only one server is needed, suggesting a cozy and perhaps intimate setting.

Regarding the food, one customer who ordered the lunch special of Mongolian beef with fried rice and hot and sour soup found the hot and sour soup to be lacking in sourness and a bit too starchy. The Mongolian beef was described as okay but having a charcoal, smoky flavor that overshadowed the scallions, though the fried rice helped to mitigate this flavor. Overall, this customer's experience was rated as just okay.

In contrast, another customer had a more positive lunch experience. They found the hot and sour soup to be good and tasty, with a balanced flavor and no added sugar, which they considered ideal. The spring roll, which comes with the lunch special, was highlighted as very good, handmade, and crispy, especially when paired with the homemade mustard and chili. This reviewer also enjoyed the Hunan Chicken, noting its excellent flavor and the freshness of the vegetables. They concluded that they would definitely return and recommend others to try it.

Based on these reviews, China Bridge offers a traditional Chinese food experience with some dishes receiving higher praise than others. The lunch specials, particularly the spring rolls and Hunan Chicken, seem to be well-regarded by some. However, there might be inconsistencies in the preparation of certain dishes like the hot and sour soup and Mongolian beef. The restaurant is described as small, potentially offering a quieter dining atmosphere. Local users might find the lunch specials to be a good value, while individual dish preferences may vary.

For the most current menu and any promotional offers, it is recommended to contact China Bridge directly.

Nice small restaurant where only one server is needed. I ordered the lunch special Mongolian beef with fried rice and hot and sour soup. The hot and sour soup did not have enough sour in it, and overall, it was a little too starchy as well. The Mongolian beef was okay. There was a char coal, smoky taste to it that overpowered the scallions. The fried rice helped with getting rid of some of that charcoal smoky flavor from the beef. Overall, it was okay.

Ok so I stop by to have lunch and it was very good and over all portions were just right and flavor is on par with traditional Chinese food. 1 Hot & Sour soup was good and tasty, flavor was just right and no sugar added, that’s how Hot & Sour soup should be. 2 the spring roll that comes with lunch is very good and handmade not like your package spring roll, definitely good and crispy! With homemade mustard and their chili it’s just another level 3 I had the Hunan Chicken and flavor definitely is excellent and the Vegetable is fresh and well blend with the taste. Over all definitely would be back and around this area, well if you tried you would come back again.

0/2 for here. Neither the general's chicken nor the mapo tofu were right. They didn't even look right. The tofu was missing ground pork and anything that makes this dish good. The chicken was dry - like it was freezer burned or something. It was then cut into these big chunks and prepared in some fashion not like any I've experienced. Wish I had gone to Chef Chan's, or Panda Express or anything else. Called the restaurant who was broadly apathetic. I didn't want to drive the 1 hour round trip to return it. They refunded the tofu and threw the chicken out. Compare these photos to those of their website.

(Update 4/16/25) I’ve been back since first review, and I was vey happy and pleased with the food quality. I will try them again in the future)). I hate giving bad reviews. I’m someone who wants small businesses to be successful, but I can’t be silent anymore. The last 3-4 times we’ve ordered food to go and dine in, the food has been terrible. Chicken is dry as the desert, and anything that’s supposed to have sauce as part of the dish, is non-existent. (Cold and dry). I’m not sure if ownership has changed, but it’s not the same anymore. “Inconsistent “. When I was in food service, the meals I pushed out were a direct representation of myself. I had pride in what I cooked, and wanted nothing more than for my customers to love what I had prepared. Time to find a replacement.
