China Bistro

This is a good quaint Chinese restaurant near Boulder City. On pur way back from Hoover Dam we visited the restaurant. The food was decent, quality was good but the quantity can definitely improve. They have good variety of Chinese and Japanese alcohol. The service was good. Parking could be difficult at times but shouldn’t be an issue. will recommend. Do not try the combo options, wastage of money and not worth.

My family loves this place and we have gone here every few months for the past 5-6 years. Food is fresh and great, and the servers/owners have always been awesome. Highly recommend.

Best Chinese food in Boulder City! I often order delivery, and just a comparison, ordered at the same time, 2 days apart, Domino's took 90 minutes to deliver 2 cold, hardend pizzas, China Bistro took 25 minutes to deliver soup, 2 appetizers and 2 entrees, piping hot and delicious. Serving sizes are great, enough leftovers for 2 more meals. Don't forget the hot mustard!

This is my 3rd time here in almost a year and NO disappointment ever. The food tasted decent, warm, and fresh. The waitstaff (very-young white-male) was the sweetest and ever attentive to our needs (party of 5). He was witty and gave over a hundred percent of himself to what he does (we need more of kids like him these days)! I hope he's making good money (tips) on this job because he certainly got that natural charisma to win people. The overall experience was exceptional because of this young man's attitude and understanding that the whole customer satisfaction comes NOT from just quality of food and/or atmosphere BUT from the waitstaff being present's attitude and interaction with customers. Great Job Young Man!👨

Absolutely delicious! I would give it 10 stars if I could. Authentic and full of flavor. The staff is also very friendly and attentive. We tried the orange beef, potstickers, and hot and sour soup. Off the beaten path but totally worth it!!!! Great price and enough for a family of 4. Thank you China Bistro 😀
