China 1 Restaurant

I went in this afternoon and ordered egg drop soup and nothing else only to find that I had gotten wonton soup instead, I called and told the lady about it and asked her if I could bring it back to her tomorrow and exchange it for egg drop and she argued with me and basically called me a lie, and I wasn't rude at all to her or unreasonable. I told her I would never order wonton soup being as how I don't like it and I didn't want my money back I just wanted what I had ordered, I will NEVER go back there again

We order from China 1 in Cross City often, the portions are generous, the food is fresh. We enjoy our meals and find our orders are accurate.

If I could give it zero Stars I would. They messed up my order three times. Got mad at me every time I came back to get it fixed. Refuse to give me my money back. Or to properly make my order. All it was was pepper steak with extra gravy on white rice. Yelling and screaming at me the whole time.

Food OK but the lady who takes your order if you can understand her that is and don't you be late picking up your order because she will be giving you a call and when you get there to pay she's so rude when she should be thankful...js

The food was undercooked. Broccoli amd beef were both to tough to eat. Couldn't even ches the beef. Noodles for lo mein have been changed not the right ones. Overall only thing to eat is egg rolls or chicken on a stick.
