Based on recent online customer reviews, it is important for local users to be aware of some significant concerns raised regarding the food quality and potential health implications associated with this establishment.

Several customers have reported extremely negative experiences with the food from China 1. One reviewer went as far as to label it the "Worst Chinese food ever," detailing a particularly unpleasant experience with a dish they ordered, which was supposed to be pepper steak. According to this customer, the meat was not pepper steak at all but had a "gooey and awful" texture, leading them to discard it entirely. This individual strongly suggested that the Health Department should inspect the premises to ascertain the cooking methods and the quality of ingredients being used.

Adding to these serious concerns, the same reviewer mentioned that their daughter ordered a different dish from China 1 and subsequently experienced diarrhea. This raises potential food safety issues that are critical for any prospective customers to consider. The reviewer concluded their feedback by expressing disappointment that their birthday meal from this restaurant was far from the great food they had hoped for. They also described the fried rice as "tasteless" and noted its unusual appearance as a plain, yellow rice, which was unlike any fried rice they had encountered before.

Another customer review strongly advised others to "Avoid this place" if they wish to prevent becoming sick, further amplifying the food safety concerns raised by the previous reviewer. This direct warning should be taken seriously by local users when deciding where to order Chinese food.

A third review echoed the sentiment that the "Food is disgusting." This customer specifically ordered sweet and sour chicken and described the chicken as appearing "dry and old." Upon further inspection, they found the inside to be "stringy and hard," and the chicken itself easily fell out of the breading. This reviewer expressed strong dissatisfaction with wasting their money on such poor quality food, advising others to save their money and choose a different restaurant. They concluded their review with a stark analogy, stating that if they wanted to be fed like an animal, they would go to the zoo, highlighting their extreme displeasure with the meal they received.

Given the overwhelmingly negative nature of these recent reviews, it is extremely difficult to provide a positive description of the environment, services, or features of China 1 based on this information. The primary takeaway from the available customer feedback is a significant concern regarding the quality and safety of the food served at this establishment. There are no positive comments that might offer insights into the ambiance or the efficiency of their service.

The lack of any positive feedback also means that there are no features or standout dishes that are praised by customers. The descriptions provided paint a picture of substandard food that is not only unappetizing but potentially harmful. The concerns raised about the meat, the fried rice, and the sweet and sour chicken all point to serious issues with food preparation and ingredient quality.

Similarly, there is no information available regarding any promotional offers or specials that China 1 might be running. Given the severe nature of the negative reviews, it would be prudent for potential customers to prioritize food safety and quality over any potential cost savings or promotions that might be offered by this establishment.

Food is disgusting. Ordered Sweet and sour chicken and the chicken looks dry and old. On the inside it’s stringy and hard and the chicken fell right out of the breading. I hate wasting money and if you do too, then save your money and go elsewhere. If I wanted to be fed like an animal i would go to the zoo.

If I could give no stars with this review I would. Anyone who thinks and swears this place has good food or good anything are seriously delusional and have never had real Chinese food. DO NOT waste your time, gas, money or palate on this restaurant!!! Save yourself, family, friends, even your worst enemy in this place. They should be shut down and never allowed to open another restaurant anywhere!!
