Tried this place for the first time while down in Clearwater, I ordered an orange chicken combo platter which came with orange chicken, fried rice, and an eggroll. I upgraded to beef fried rice and asked to make it dark. The rice I got was a yellow rice, which I’ve never seen in my life from a Chinese restaurant. The orange chicken was very tasty and good. The fried rice was dry and no flavor. The employees were friendly open kitchen looked clean. The waiting area was clean also. I would try them again, but would pass on the fried rice. They deserve 3 1/2 stars which is not an option so they’re getting three

I've had my share of the lunch menu and haven't been feeling disappointed l The portions are decent and the NY style food Is always excellent. The place is family owned so the whole family works there and it's also not too pricey.

Whatever you do, do not buy the Hunan chicken. When I got home it looked kinda old I was kinda hesitant to eat it I had a couple bites and gave up.. I got food poisoning n Had to rush to the hospital because I did not know what was going on with me. You should be more careful with how you Serve your food if it's old Do not serve it You're just hurting others🥺 What a horrible experience😩💔

The portions were small and the food was VERY HARD. The chicken was overcooked, the take out didn't come with cutlery or napkins. The chicken was mixed up in the two different dishes. My friend got sesame chicken and I got the general Tao chicken. Both dishes came extremely over cooked. I do not recommend this place at all. Beware!!!

We always order from China Taste and love it but decided to try something different today....don't fix it if it ain't broke!!! Not only is the order wrong but the customer service when I called was even worse..order something with shrimp and not one piece of shrimp, as i tried to explain there is no shrimp she kept cutting me off and telling me there is....unless its playing hide and seek, no ma'am there isn't...these people are very rude....the food is awful.....absolutely never again....if I could go with zero stars I certainly would have! Now I know when u order through doordash u can only refund through them and I wasn't asking for a refund, but the only thing this person very rudely said was and i quote " well what do u want me to do about it". P.S.- if u don't like mushrooms (which i don't) u must specify because seems all their dishes are covered in them 🤦🏻‍♀️never had pork lo mien covered in them before 🤮 China Taste is perfect every time!
