If you want well done, typical "American" Chinese food at a good price then come check out Chin Chin. Everytime I go there there are many, many people picking up and ordering take out. They have a very large menu that is numbered for ease of ordering and even have a complete menu in a picture book if you go inside. They are fast and efficient and haven't had an order that was incorrect yet. If you just want some good Chinese food fast, this is the best place for miles around. If you order at least $15 worth of food they deliver as well. But, to be clear, this is NOT a sit down restaurant. You need to take it with you.

Food was actually awful. We were hungry so we ate it and it's a 15 minute drive from where we are to return it. The lo mein was squishy and bland. The veggies in all of thendishes were hard and undercooked. The batter was thick and gross. Everything was pretty bland. The fried rice didnt even seem like it was fried rice.... jusr rice with soy sauce. The fortune cookies were the best part of this very disappointing meal. We got beef and mixed veg Shrimp lo mein Orange chicken Sweet&sour shrimp Fried rice Cream cheese wontons Veggie egg rolls.

This is not a dine-in restaurant. Take home only. When I worked in Saint Paul, I'd get them delivered for years and now will drive up specifically for their cheese puffs, beef with potato, and kung pao chicken. Everything is still hot and fresh upon returning home 30 minutes later.
