Chimney Rock Inn Flemington

The historical Chimney Rock inn is a staple to it surrounding area. This is a locals place to be. I have been here several times and it always seems to amaze me. From all its different seating areas to its local town home feel. The food is always amazing and the staff is even better always helping with what dishes to choose from since they do have a lot of good dishes to choose from. So if you’re in Hunterdon county NJ you should definitely stop by.

We came with family for a late lunch, and we were not disappointed! Our server was super nice and friendly. My family ordered regular burgers, French fries, and a churros dessert, while I got the vegan pizza and vegan tacos. The pizza was delicious! I really appreciate that you offer several vegan options on the menu—it’s rare to find that at places like this. It’s great to be able to enjoy tasty vegan food without having to compromise while the rest of my family eats meat. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and try more of the vegan options on the menu!

This is a nice restaurant with an awesome atmosphere. They have a ton of food and drink options. Friendly employees. Fast service. Clean. Tons of tables and lots of space at the bar too. Tons of parking and all free parking. I had the burger and fries. The egg wash glossy bun was yummy and tasty. The burger itself was delicious. The fries were good but not crispy. I didn't mind that they weren't crispy since they tasted good. The price for a plain burger and fries is a bit on the high side at $15 plus tax. Push that price down to $10 and you would have a great deal balance between tastiness and value.

We booked our holiday party for a 40 over the weekend and we are so glad that we choose Chimney Rock in Flemington. Dawn worked with us patiently and we were glad we could get the barn room for Saturday evening from 8pm to 11pm. The room was perfect for our party size. Everything was arranged and ready and the holiday decorations made the event even more cheerful. Salad was fresh and the unlimited pizzas were light and perfect as appetizer. Everyone enjoyed the main course and dessert. Nick and Lauren made the party memorable with their attentive service. I strongly recommend this place for holiday party or any event.

YOU HAVE TO TRY THE CEDAR PLANK SALMON. It melts in your mouth! And the pasta that comes with it is garlic buttery deliciousness. I want to try more on the menu but I can't stop ordering the salmon 😆
