I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chili’s, where I experienced exceptional service under the leadership of Brian, the manager. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that Brian is deeply committed to providing a top-tier dining experience. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for both guests and staff set a remarkable standard. Brian ensured that every detail of our visit was seamless, from prompt service to ensuring that our meal exceeded expectations. His ability to create a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining efficiency and organization is truly commendable. What stood out most was Brian’s hands-on approach. He actively engaged with guests, addressing any needs with a positive and solution-oriented attitude. It’s clear that his leadership fosters a strong team dynamic, resulting in an outstanding customer experience. Chili’s is fortunate to have a manager like Brian, whose dedication to excellence makes all the difference. I highly recommend this location, and I look forward to returning.

I ordered a chicken and beef combo fajita, and the beef was absolutely terrible. It was incredibly fatty and impossible to chew. I had to spit it out. I told the waiter about this, and nothing was done about it.

The manager, Brian was absolutely wonderful. My Watriss was the bomb.com!!! MINDY!! It doesn’t get better than you!!! You Rocked it. Kept the smile on her face and very efficient didn’t have to ask for anything cause she was one point! I’ll be back tomorrow 😂😁

Honestly I have never enjoyed chilis until today. Also never written an google review before. Our server Sean made the experience so great. Super friendly, and made sure all of our needs were met. I have celiac and he made sure I got something I could eat, and when I ordered my food wrong he had NO issues taking my food back and making it how I liked it. Great server 10/10 experience. Will be going back and requesting him!

Ok, so I have tattoos and dress comfortably. This being said, I feel like I was judged that I might not tip well , even though I've been a server for 8 years . The restaurant wasn't busy ,so there was no reason why I shouldn't have had better service in every way, shape, and form. I'm not sure if I expect more because of my work ethic , but I was not impressed or even remotely satisfied with my experience.
