Chifa Du Kang (Miramar)

Wow!!! This place is awesome, ale our server went to infinity and beyond to make our visit so pleasant. It was our first time and definitely we will recommend to other. Food was delicious, fresh and tasty. We will definitely come back.

We recently dined at Chifa Du Kang, and it was nothing short of exceptional! Their food is packed with flavor, with perfectly crafted entrees and main dishes that highlight the best of Chinese-Peruvian cuisine. Every bite was a delight. The customer service was attentive, friendly, and made the experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a place with amazing food and top-tier service, Chifa Du Kang is a must-visit! Highly recommended!

All food was hot and fresh. Service was exceptional. Every server was very attentive. Food portions are huge. Recommend sharing everything. Trust me, you'll have plenty. Perfect blend of cultures and flavors on the menu.

If you're in the Miramar/Davie/Weston area and looking for Peruvian-Chinese cuisine, Chifa Du Kang is a fantastic option. This new location offers a casual and efficient dining experience with fresh, high-quality food cooked to order. It's worth the trip if you're nearby, but if you're closer to Pompano Beach and West Broward, Chifa Taypa (in Margate) might be just as good--or better--depending on the dish. The Vibe The atmosphere is casual and minimalistic with a fun touch--a wall of Inka Kola adds a little shine to the décor. It feels like a well-oiled chain restaurant: standardized, clean, and efficient. Servers wear headsets and use handheld devices to take orders, so service is quick and organized. The Food The menu is entirely Peruvian-Chinese (Chifa), so don't expect American-Chinese classics here. Everything is flavorful, with a unique spin that combines retro Chinese food vibes with Peruvian flavors. The menu has full descriptions and pictures, making it easy to choose. Here's what we tried: Soy Kao Frito (Fried Dumplings): A must-try! Shrimp and pork dumplings, perfectly fried and served with a unique sweet lemon-cinnamon dipping sauce. These were the standout dish of the meal. Egg Rolls: Homemade, but not particularly memorable. A standard pork and cabbage filling--good, but not great. Sopa de Wantan (Wonton Soup): Light broth with a touch of ginger, filled with wontons, chicken, roast pork, and veggies. Tasty, but we'll try the Wantan Especial next time (which adds shrimp and quail eggs). Chaufa Especial (Special Fried Rice): Solid, flavorful fried rice, but we prefer the version at Chifa Taypa--it has chunkier pork and better seasoning. Carne de Res con Freijolito Chino (Beef with Bean Sprouts): Surprisingly good! Tender beef, crunchy sprouts, and a delicious soy-based stir-fry sauce. For dessert, we grabbed Lucuma ice cream (a caramel-like fruit flavor) from their freezer by the front--definitely worth it! Other Details They make many items (like dumplings) at their Miami factory to ensure consistency across locations. An automatic 13% tip is added to the bill, but you can add more if you'd like. Quick service--despite being busy, we were in and out in under an hour! Bottom Line Chifa Du Kang delivers fresh, flavorful food with efficient service. If you're local to the area, it's a great option for exploring Chifa cuisine. While it doesn't have the family-run charm of Chifa Taypa, it's still worth a visit for its unique dishes--especially those dumplings!
