Immediately you will notice the artwork. Chicken paintings of various sorts are all over the wall. It is truly unique. The server went over and beyond while serving our tables. The nachos were delicious. My Hawaiian chicken was excellent. I was told that the pumpkin cheesecake was amazing. The pumpkin spice was spicing. Everyone enjoyed everything they ate. You have got to try this place.

I’ve been going to chicken lounge or have ordered for pick for several years now. Yesterday I encountered one of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with when visiting a restaurant. I arrived with a family member and for one was we were not greeted. I said hello upon arriving no one said anything. We sat down for 5 minutes no one had the cursory to let us know that someone would be with us. They seemed busy at first even though there were only 6 people there at the time. One of the servers walked away which left two behind the bar. One of the servers was taking care of the client while the other had a nice conversation with a customer. After waiting 15 minutes I decided to get up and leave. I’ve worked in customer service for 11 years and I could tell you anytime I was real busy I would greet clients and let them know someone would be right with the shortly. Instead we were ignored and not even one person took the time to give us a menu. The way this place made me feel as a customer was not welcoming. I hope you guys do better. I would understand if the place was super busy all tables filled and short on staff. The fact is there were only 6 clients there and 2 were getting ready to leave. Do better for your clients. I hope this message helps whoever is in charge run the business better. I give flowers when they are due and have recommended so many people in the past but as of yesterday I will no longer go to this place.

The nostalgia of the Chicken Lounge still stands, along with their famous nachos. Those haven't changed taste in years! The wings are still tasty, just not as meaty. The service was so-so, but we enjoyed our time to chat and hangout.

Used to frequent often about 15 years ago before moving and had loved the open flamed grilled food, particularly the Asian wrap and flame grilled potato pancakes. In the area in a business trip and decided to walk down memory lane and order my old favorite. Not sure if the cook just didn’t care or what, but I just paid $40 for freezer burned potato skins, dry and gristly chicken in a poorly made Asian wrap and barely cooked potato pancakes. Will no longer think wistfully of good ole days and good food at the Chicken Lounge. Too bad. I never understood why overcharging a customer 1 time and losing them forever makes up for fair prices and keeping that customer for life- definitely more revenue with the 2nd approach.
