Chick-fil-A

Before you visit this chick fil a, just take your boot off and eat that deep fried instead. Food is terrible. Service is terrible. Workers are borderline incompetent, which is fine they are definitely in the right career. If you have a problem, just jump off the midbay bridge before you call them. You won’t get an answer either way. They aren’t going to fix your order OR give a refund. Just save your own money and stomach from the displeasure it is to frequent this chick fil a. With no line but wait time 40+ minutes, what more could you really ask for! Only go here if you’re planning to order the cold sandwich and poor service combo. They execute that order perfectly every time!

The service was Awesome. The staff was friendly and made you feel at home, away from home. Breakfast was coming to an end, still served with the highest smile with pleasure.

Typically this Chick-fil-A is decent (we are locals), but our experience tonight was awful. The wait in the drive thru was almost 20 minutes… ok I get it, things happen and they are busy. We asked for a specific number of sauces for each sandwich, and were disappointed to find ONE of each in the bag. Then we get home to find the drink carrier had been smeared in something before it was handed to us and realized it got all over my husband’s shorts upon arrival home. It is greasy so it is likely one of their sauces. Just disappointed this go round:/

I'm a regular . I come to this location twice a week. Everytime i come Paulette is my server . She's amazing 👏 . She's has great customer service an is such a sweetheart ❤️ ALWAYS a great experience.

I came here yesterday when I got off work around 3pm and I witnessed a situation take place between two employees. Brent who had been taking my order and the other employee I’ll call employee A because I was unable to see their name but they were tall, brown hair and had a jacket over their uniform. Employee A asked something along the lines of just making sure traffic was flowing. It was hard to hear exactly what he said because he was relatively quiet. When Brent(the employee taking my order at the time) just snapped at him for what he said and stormed up. I didn’t understand why or think Employee A said something wrong. Employee A did come apologize to me about that. The food was good and I always enjoy coming to this chick-fil-a!
