Chick-fil-A

I ordered delivery food the food was cold not warm cold. Hair was foing in my mini chicken biscuits. I also ordered the spicy chicken biscuit. The biscuit was so greasy from the chicken and the chicken look like it was refried. It was hard I couldn’t even eat it. I got my food in less than 30 minutes after ordering it delivered by DoorDash and I’m really disappointed

Nighttime we came! Rarely do I come here to chow but we desired kids meals grilled chicken nuggets with fruit and white milk. Mgr Brad helped out with SPEED and intelligence!!

lately they have been missing so many of our items when we order mobile, i just had ordered and got three meals, two ice creams and a water for one of the meals, they only gave us one ice cream and didnt get the water overall, absolutely ridiculous! other times the food has just not been fresh. kind of disappointing for a big food company😢

Sad to say this location is not as nice as the others. Workers aren’t very nice. They don’t smile. Glenda, to be exact. She was at the register. We came in and ordered breakfast with 9 minutes until lunch time. We asked for fries instead of hash browns and Glenda said we’d have to step aside and wait the 10 minutes before ordering because she didn’t know how to do that. She did not try to find out so we had her ask the manager. She asked someone who was not the manager… they were busy & so of course, they did not address us and said “just tell them to wait until 10:30.” (Now 8 minutes away.from lunch time) It was rude and honestly, every other chick-fila-a has done this for us. Not a fan of this location. The manager finally came by and told her how she could do it ( change hashbrowns to fries) and she still continued to stubbornly say it could not be done. I had the feeling she was trying to do everything not to help. Hopefully they put her in another position where she’s not as rude to customers. Blah! Not a nice experience.

Went through drive through. Was quick and efficient as always. When I got to the end they gave me the wrong drinks and had to fix. By the time I got to where I was going and pulled out the food, everything was sopping with a sauce from one of the sandwiches. Ordered three meals and asked for Polynesian and Chick-fil-A sauce for all three and only gave two of each. Fries were all barely filled. Food tasted good. Just not what I expect going to Chick-fil-A.
