Chick-fil-A

Well, to begin, the first and main problem I have with this place is that they do NOT have the mobile pick-up or delivery orders on the shelf like they used to. There is a big screen about the shelf showing orders that are ready and orders that are being prepared. The problem is, whenever I come in to pick-up an order, it’s NEVER there AND there isn’t even an employee that is willing to help. I’m a delivery driver and this place gets customers that order food and drinks constantly!! ALL the time: morning, day and night. The employees are only concerned with walk in traffic/customers waiting in line and then placing an order. There needs to be better organization!! The cashier/employee that is taking peoples orders when they walk in, is the same employee that has to stop what they are doing to assist a customer or delivery driver waiting to retrieve an order. It’s such nonsense. I really suggest going back to the old way; where orders were placed on the shelf! I’m delivering food and I don’t have time to wait around!! And plus, your place sends me a message every time the order is ready… so, when I walk in, you should have it already available for me to grab and leave! But, nope. There’s ALWAYS a wait. It’s just unnecessary wasted time… Please fix this issue promptly!!

I guess lunch and dinner are fine but by all means do not get breakfast here especially through the drive through. Not only will they mess up your order they will also have attitude and take 20 plus minutes to give you a breakfast sandwich. I would expect a wait if it was crowded but it never is in the morning.

Chick-fil-A is definitely a family favorite. This is a very new restaurant, and has pretty much everything a regular Chick-fil-A would have except for the traditional kids playing place. When we had little kids, that was always one of the main reasons we came to Chick-fil-a. But now we just come for the food period and the food is always very good. Also, the parking lot is huge and it is not shared with any other places so you won't have any problems parking here. The workers are typically friendlier at a Chick-fil-A than they are at other similar places in the area. On average, the workers are not quite as friendly and enthusiastic as in other parts of the country, from my experience, but we have encountered several here who genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. That's always refreshing. I highly recommend the spicy deluxe sandwich. And if you have never tried their ranch dressing on a chicken sandwich, you should give it a try. Their sauces are some of the best around, and their ranch dressing is no exception.

I never had nasty Chic Fil A ever until I went to this location on Thursday morning. My fries tasted stale, they were cold and hard and my nuggets were very dry. I will never return to this location and if I wasn’t on my way to work I would’ve went back to ask for a remake or refund.

Went to visit for the second time that we were gonna have a way better experience than the first time order food two sandwiches no pickles receive our order and both sandwiches came with pickles. Try to redeem my fries with my order. Didn’t come with my order by the time I got to the table to eat my food. It was cold and I never got a straw either for my milkshake. It was quite disappointing, it looks like they need better management garbage cans were overflowing inside the dining room area and it wasn’t so busy for to be so messed up the way they were and there was no catch up in the dinning room
