Chi Tung Restaurant

Their buffet was $14.99. I was very surprised they did not jack up the prices for Christmas. The foods were very tasty and fresh. They had Christmas decorations all over. The restaurant looked very festive. I will definitely go back more often.

The price should not matter when you’re eating, good food that satisfies the pallet the belly, and even allowing you to take a baggie home filled with great leftovers that taste just as good the next day as it did the day you had it so I definitely suggest and recommend the hibachi grill. I love food. Maybe I should become a foodie Reviewer bon appétit. Go give it a try.

This was our second time going, and the food was very good. I thought the shrimp fried rice lacked flavor, but everything else was good.

Revisiting an old favorite from my work days confirmed the food's enduring excellence. Today's lunch standouts included the egg roll and beef Egg Fu Yung. Notice the robot just returning from singing happy birthday to a table in the next room.

Greetings, My name is Alex Harris, and I am a frequent and enthusiastic foodie who loves to attend Chi Tung Restaurant. This is absolutely one of my favorite hibachi grills. I haven't found a better place. Recently, I visited Chi-Tung on 8/4/2024, and unfortunately, one of your waiters had the nastiest attitude. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but it's not okay to take it out on others. What Happened: Upon entering Chi-Tung, I signed the electronic guest list and waited near another party of guests who were also waiting to be seated. The hostess asked if I was dining alone, to which I responded, "Yes." She told me to hold on for a moment while she checked something. When she came back a few seconds later, she told me to follow her. On the way to seat me, she mentioned that she was going to seat me with a party that had just been seated a few moments ago, but she wasn’t sure if they had ordered yet. However, they did have a seat available, and I could just let the waiter know. This seemed fine to me. Immediately after I was seated, the man in the picture appeared. He went behind the hibachi grill and turned it on. He then took out his notepad and began what I thought was the chef double-checking the previous orders that had been taken. As I've been to Chi-Tung many times, I know it's common practice for the chef to check orders before starting to cook. When he got to me, I greeted him and advised him that I had just been seated by the hostess and had not given an initial order. After I made that statement, the waiter just stared at me and didn’t say anything. I sat there puzzled, wondering what I had said wrong. He then rolled his eyes at me, shook his head, and went to the next customer. I was so confused, and yet, he still didn’t explain what was going on or why he was seemingly upset. The customers at the table had to tell me that I had made it just in time and no orders had been taken. Instead, the waiter wanted to know how many people were with me. No one was sitting next to me on my side of the table, and I didn’t know that was what he was asking. I literally thought he was the chef. I tried to tell the waiter what I was told, but he just ignored me and walked off. I have never been treated so rudely at your restaurant. I am in disbelief, especially after years of coming there by myself, as well as with family and friends. I don’t know if he acted this way because he knows his tip is already included in the bill, and so he doesn’t take customer service seriously, believing he can treat people any kind of way. I am not the type of person who will become indignant in public or argue, so I decided to write in about my issue and post my experience on google. I hope that you resolve this so that he never treats any other customers in this manner. I have included his picture as well as a copy of my receipt.
