About Chenji Noodle House

Chenji Noodle House, located at 5505 E Fowler Ave, Temple Terrace, FL 33617, USA, offers local diners a taste of authentic Chinese noodle dishes. As a Chinese Restaurant, Chenji Noodle House features a menu with a focus on rice noodle soups and various appetizers.

Based on recent customer reviews, the restaurant offers popular starters such as the crab rangoon, described as crunchy and well-stuffed, and the scallion pancake, which is served with a dipping sauce. These appetizers provide a flavorful beginning to the dining experience.

A highlight of Chenji Noodle House appears to be their rice noodle soups. The original seafood rice noodle soup is particularly noteworthy for its variety of provided condiments and toppings, allowing diners to customize the flavor of the initially neutral soup base to their preference. This adaptability enables a personalized and potentially enhanced taste experience. In comparison, the original beef rice noodle soup is mentioned to have a more neutral and less pronounced flavor profile than the seafood option.

Another highly recommended dish is the green pepper corn fish rice noodles, praised for its tender fish, fresh ingredients, and a flavorful, notably hot (boiling) soup base.

While the reviews provide positive feedback on the food quality and taste, they do not offer specific details about the restaurant's environment or services beyond the food itself. Overall, Chenji Noodle House in Temple Terrace is presented as a Chinese Restaurant specializing in flavorful and customizable rice noodle soups, along with well-received appetizers. It is recommended for those seeking authentic noodle dishes and a personalized soup experience.

We started off with the crab rangoon which was crunchy and stuffed. The scallion pancake was good with dipping sauce. The original seafood rice noodle soup has a variety of condiments and toppings. The original soup base has a neutral taste. You can adjust the soup flavor with the many condiments and toppings that are provided which accentuate the flavor of the soup to your liking. The original beef rice noodle soup has a more of a neutral taste and less flavoring as the seafood rice noodle soup. Overall, we enjoyed the experience and highly recommend you to come here. We really enjoyed our meal here. You choose your protein, broth, and toppings, and then they are prepared in front of youth. The Edamame and Shuman were good as well. The prices are very reasonable.

This is a wonderful Noodle House, the pepper broth is perfect with 3 levels of heat. All fresh ingredients, the shrimp Lo Mein is the best Lo Mein I have had. I recommend it highly. Very quaint , clean , restaurant.

The last time I ate here was last year, and I had no issues. Today, I came back and ordered the original noodle soup and a set of three pan-fried buns for $6, which I think is a new item this year. However, the noodles tasted off, and the buns seemed like they had been sitting for too long—they had a spoiled taste. As soon as I got home, I had uncontrollable diarrhea… I’m never coming bac
