Wow! The Sichuan string beans were amazing and the highlight dish. Crispy, salty, and just the right amount of spice. Plenty for two people to share. The dry chili chicken was amazing…spicy, crispy, and not oily or greasy. Noodles were hand pulled and perfectly cooked. Amazing flavors. Super friendly service. Cozy ambiance. I loved our visit. We will definitely return to further explore the menu.

They offer pretty good selection of Sichuan food. And the dishes tasted very similar or most the same with Chengdu Impression (the Lincoln Park one, Wacker Park one was not really good), and it turned out they are the same chain. The only downside is the place is a bit crowed. Will come back to try more dishes.

Chengdu Impressions has been on my list forever, and with Chengdu Bistro opening nearby, we had the perfect excuse to finally go. The vibes are great, especially the patio, and the friendly service made it even better. It's BYOB, which is always a plus. We loved the noodle dishes, dry chili chicken, cucumber salad to cut the heat, and the soup dumplings – yum! Don't sleep on the desserts either. I have a feeling we'll be regulars here soon.

While I would’t call it Sichuanese food, it was an enjoyable meal. Dumplings very popular, but I’d also recommend the boiled beef dish. That was our favorite. If you’re looking for a little veg to round out the meal, the Bok Choy was fresh and tender. Service slow, but it was a busy weekend with lots of patrons and take out orders.

This is a sister restaurant under the Chengdu restaurant group. This serves much more authentic Chinese food compared to the other one We visited this place on a Thursday evening for dinner. We were seated in patio which to our surprise was beautiful. the staff was amazing in greeting us and recommended half of the dishes we ordered We started with cucumber salad and wontons. We had to order the famous handmade and soup dumplings. Finished off with dry chilli chicken and duck friend rice. All the dishes we ordered exceeded our expectations. Definitely recommend for some good authentic Chinese food .
