We just ordered take out and it was awful, I don’t usually take time out of my day to review places but whoever answered the phone was rude as hell, the food, General Tso and fried dumplings were absolutely subpar and I’m now worried about my intestines 😠 It was like a frozen dinner from Walmart was tossed in a frier, $30 I wish I had spent elsewhere …

The previous owners were absolute sweethearts! These new owners are a shameee. Just ordered Gen Tso & the chicken smelled and tasted super odd. chicken was brown on the inside. Looks like they just reheated old chicken. The rice tastes like its daysss old.

Horrible experience with these people. We called in an order at 6:10pm. Was told it would be delivered in 50-55 minutes. I called back at 7:40pm to check order. Was put on hold for them to contact driver to see where he was, got disconnected. I called back and the next person says it’s going to be another hour. I tell her that I was just told that the other guy was contacting driver because my food was already cooked. She then says it will be to you in 7 minutes. I’m still calm and said ok. About 7 minutes later another lady calls me from Chens and says they can’t make one if our dishes and what would I like to have instead. Three different people and three different stories with a few minutes. I told her to cancel and needless to say, never doing business with these people again. Waited an hour and 50 something minutes for nothing but aggravation.

I ordered 2 spring rolls and 1 egg told, asking specifically if the spring rolls were vegetarian since I have a shellfish allergy and my daughter and I are vegetarian. They assured me that they were. When my daughter and I took a bite of one of the spring rolls it had a funny taste like fish. I called immediately and they assured me they were vegetables only and had no shellfish. We just figured the first one tasted different than what we are used to, thinking it was just the sauce. A few minutes later I began to feel tingling in my mouth. I cut open the 2nd one to not only find large slivers of pork but also 2 shrimp. I called them immediately and they again assured me they had no shrimp. Their response was not a full refund but we will put a note on your account that you are allergic. That’s it. I am sorry for that does not cover this. I began getting sick and my mouth began to swell. My daughter who has not eaten meat in 7 years also began getting sick. My night was ruined and health put into danger. Do not eat here. My husband also said it was the worst egg role he has ever tried.

Ordered on the phone. I was told 25-30 minutes. When I finally got my food after 50 minutes it was half the order since I told them if the food wasn’t started yet to cancel the order. The food that I did get - Cashew chicken- was tasteless and Barely warm.
