Chen's Chinese Cuisine

My family ate here today and we were disappointed in the service. The food was okay, but I found a bug in my broccoli and our server didn’t even say anything when I showed it to her. She also failed to mention that we needed to pay at the register, so we were waiting there for a long time. I would have appreciated at least some offer to make things right. We unfortunately won’t be back.

This place is honestly really good I had tofu with vegetables and my boyfriend had teriyaki chicken. Both of these meals had great flavor and arrived piping hot as well !

The food was very tasty. I had hot & sour soup, brown rice & mixed veg with crispy bean curd. The only thing I could complain about is that the broccoli could have been shipped more bite size. Otherwise everything was tasty, & the service was above par.

Never again nastiest lo mein I ever had completely unseasoned I’m from Boston and never thought I could taste nothing this bad . Beef was unseasoned to . It tasted spoiled Peking lo mein would make this place fall over . How dare you charge for this nasty stuff no wonder they fill it up to the top

Admittedly, I've only eaten take-out from this location so I can't speak on the dine-in experience, but I can attest to the most important part: the food! Chen's easily has the best Chinese food I've had. Even for take-out, the presentation is great with very high quality containers and hearty portions which gives great value for the price. My personal favorite items from here are the sesame chicken, egg drop soup, and egg rolls. The sesame chicken is always tender and perfectly coated with a thick sauce, the soup is hot, and the egg rolls are crispy and fresh. I haven't ever been disappointed when ordering from Chen's throughout the past six or so months I've known about it!
