This is the best Chinese restaurant by far in the western suburbs in Chicago or perhaps in all of Chicagoland. If you are a fan of Chinese food, you will need to come visit. On most days there is no wait except for any holidays relating to a Chinese holiday. The food is delicious, plentiful and fairly priced. We have tried many restaurants and Chef ping does not charge you for additional bowels of rice and that is rare. Lastly the dishes are always large in their portions and most importantly— well done. Try the summer salad, Szechwan egg plant dish with fish sauce and you will be impressed on what great Chinese food taste like. These two are our favorites but there are many other excellent dishes. I highly recommend for you to try this place out!

10/10 no matter fact 100/10. This has been one of the most delicious Chinese food restaurants I have ever been to. The service is so welcoming, and even though it was super busy the food came out way faster than we expected. The fried rice, noodles, crab ragoons and egg rolls we ordered were all perfect. I literally cannot wait until me and my gf come back. :)

Food: Good - flavorful and we'll be prepared. Improvement - asked for Sautéed Canton Flat Noodle as spicy and it wasn't spicy. Ask for extra spicy if you desire some heat in your dish. Service: Good - Quickly seated, efficient and food came out quickly. Improvement - Server could be more personable and not rush guests to order. Atmosphere: Good - clean, comfortable, and adequate dining space. Improvement - none

Everything is yum but my fave is the szechuan eggplant. I loce the crunch with a little bit of sweetness and saltiness. Honey walnut shrimp is good too.

This place used to be one of my favorite places to eat in Chicago with a childhood memory. This time I visited with my wife and child to show my favorite place in Chicago. I visited on Sunday night, so the place packed as I expected. After about 30 minute waiting we were able to get our table. I knew what to ordet, so ordered as we sat. I ordered pong pong chicken, noodle with black sauce and The Ping’s noodle platter. The waiter did not warn us how long it‘ll take for the noodle platter. A bowl of the noodle platter took an hour to come out to the table. By that time we finished the other 2 menus and basically waited 15-20 minutes just for the bowl of noodle platter. Then we also found out the bowl of rice that was given to us with pong pong chicken had a quite some of salt under the rice. I found out after I paid for the everything. When the noodle platter came out, the server did not explain why it was so delayed. When I found out about the salt in the bowl of rice, the manager came to me, but only gave me the excuses after excuse. NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE. I came from New York to visit my hometown with my family and my dinner was completely ruined. I find no reason to visit here anymore and DEFINATELY NOT RECOMMENDING to any of my friends. So disappointed.
