Chef King - Authentic Chinese Cuisine

Might not be the fanciest place in town, but they work hard, have good customer service, and the food isn't bad. Not many places would even answer the phone right at closing time, let alone after, but they did for me right at 10:01 and served me about 20 minutes past closing. I like their crab rangoons. If I had one piece of advice to do better, I would say clean up the inside a bit more, get some new booths if possible, replace the dirty curtain to the back with maybe something that doesn't gather as much dirt, and print out some new food posters that aren't as faded in color. While people like me aren't as concerned about looks as they are food quality/quantity, a lot of other people are picky about that kind of stuff.

I recently dined at Chef King, an authentic Chinese restaurant, and while the initial impression was positive with a seemingly clean dining area, I was quite disappointed by the restroom facilities. Upon using the restroom, I was taken aback by its cleanliness, or lack thereof, which raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the restaurant's back of house area. While this may not be a significant issue for those just grabbing takeout, it certainly impacted my dining experience. Cleanliness and hygiene are important factors in the restaurant industry, and a poorly maintained restroom can be a red flag for the overall cleanliness standards of the establishment. I hope that Chef King addresses these concerns and takes steps to improve their restroom facilities and overall cleanliness to provide a better dining experience for their customers. It's important for restaurants to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene to ensure the health and satisfaction of their patrons.

This place is beyond sorry and they seem to have MANY health violations that go unresolved. On top of that, they speak bad about customers, who they think can’t understand the language. Never again will I go back.

Took a bit longer than scheduled, greeter seemed a bit rude and brash but I think she's just straightforward and was rushed at the moment. This is that classic, cheap but good, chinese food all towns want and need. Large portions and yummy! Will be back.

Do NOT go here!!! Terrible . I mean terrible inedible food! The spare ribs were tough as nails. Couldn’t eat. Way too tough. The teriyaki beef same. Way too tough. The spring rolls were like rubber. And the sesame chicken was hard and inedible. I called to get a refund but they said “oh no, no refunds, only replacement.” Are you kidding? I’d never never ever eat there again. Spare yourself.
