We decided to try this place, hoping for the charm of a family-run restaurant. What we got instead was a front-row seat to the most baffling customer service experience of our lives. The young man taking orders was deeply engrossed in a video game on his laptop at one of the tables—so much so that we felt like we were interrupting his day. With a deep sigh of irritation, he ambled over, barely glanced at us, and took our order as though we’d just asked him to do chores. It gets better. Utensils? Water? Forget about it. He flatly told us to “get them ourselves,” then bolted back to his laptop, clearly eager to resume whatever epic battle awaited him in cyberspace. I’d almost admire the dedication to his game if it weren’t paired with such a complete disregard for the customers keeping this place afloat. And don’t get me started on the state of the restaurant. The tables were unkempt, the floors looked like they hadn’t been swept in weeks, and the overall vibe screamed “meh.” It was as if the video game had absorbed not just the staff’s attention but the restaurant’s sense of pride and hospitality. The kicker? I tipped 25% upfront, before I realized I’d be serving myself, dodging sticky tables, and competing with a gaming session for basic attention. If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience, this place delivers—just not in the way you’d hope. We left feeling like we’d been part of some strange social experiment. Next time, we’ll stick to places where the staff’s focus is on the food and the customers, not their kill count in League of Legends.

The food was fantastic! We ordered the General Tso and Pepper steak, both were incredible! Highly recommend!

Best take-out Chinese place in the area! Amazing fresh and delicious food, affordable prices, and good size portions. Never have to wait long for your order to be ready, which makes this the perfect spot for a quick lunch or dinner.

The food is amazing. Always tastes incredibly delicious and fresh. Customer service on the other hand needs attention the gentleman that attends the front counter is very rude.

This is the best authentic chinese food in the area. Crab Rangoon is real crab and not ful of sugar, the egg foo young has the best flavor and if you are undecided on 1 you can get some duo meals. Dragon & Phoenix is really good.
