Charm Thai Bistro

I went here for lunch with my mother and it was a very pleasant experience! The waitress was so friendly and attentive. I didn’t catch her name, but we enjoyed her very much!! I ordered the L.4 (Chicken with Peanut Sauce) with a spice level of 2, and oh my gosh, so good!! The spice didn’t kill me either, normally it’s a bit too spicy for me but it just left a tingle in my lips 💖 Will return here again, very reasonably priced!! Thai tea and spring rolls were also very tasty.

Great experience. It was my first time and I did takeout but that fried fish was something special! The dipping sauce that came with it was something good. 🤌🏾 The spring rolls were bomb! This was the evening time when I ordered but it was still quick to get food. I will definitely come back. Love Thai food!

I had been eating dine in and take out at Charm Thai Bistro for few years never wrote the review before. I'm Thai, of course I love Thai food and I approve of the taste. It is authentic. The restaurant is very nice and clean. The service is great and the price is reasonable. When you order you can request your spice level and real Thai taste. I recommend this place!

We have been a regular customer at charm Thai & its been really good but today was the worst experience ever in any of the restaurants that all because of Danial( Manager/ Service staff) As soon as we entered at 2:30 PM he was rude to state and we cant sit on the specific side of the restaurant . While we were ordering he dint write the order instead said that i have been doing this work for so long that i can remember everything. ( we insisted as we are vegetarian and dint want him to goof up the order) . Then afterwards when the order came it was not correct order and when we raised that he rudely said to my mother wife that we shouldn’t have come at 2:30 PM as they close at 3 PM. When I objected and asked to call his manager, he said he is the highest authority over there and we should leave as we are raising our voice against his behavior. Not top of this he was laughing with his staff after doing all of this. We left without having the food as this behavior is not acceptable at all .

I was excited to try this spot since I have a gluten allergy and Thai food is usually a safe option for me. Their menu listed several gluten-free stir-fry and noodle dishes, which gave me hope. Unfortunately, after sitting down and ordering, I was told they were out of all gluten-free substitutions. The only options they could offer were plain dishes with no sauce, which really isn’t a full meal. I’ve never had to walk out of a restaurant due to lack of allergy-friendly options, but this was a first. Disappointing experience, especially considering how promising the menu looked, And because gluten-free was specifically called out on their menu
