Charlie Chow's Dragon Grill

Really kind staff, fast, delicious. Love the Mongolian Grill (Make Your Own) where you choose your own ingredients (type of noodles or rices, type of vegetables, sauces, proteins) and the chef made items are great too ie. the schezuan dumplings/pot stickers. The Boba is good too, even better than some Boba specific spots I've been to which is a nice surprise!

Whenever we visit any major USA city, we mandatorily visit their China Town be it New York, LA, Vegas, SFO, Seattle, Portland or Salt Lake City. We selected this option after going through online review and this was highest rated. Have to say, we weren’t disappointed. The food was extremely delicious especially the Firecracker Shrimp Noddles. We also ordered the Imperial Chicken, Schezhuan Dumplings and Cream Cheese Wonton, and all of them were delicious and reasonably priced. This place is a must try and highly recommended to lovers of this cuisine. The ambience however was not very much upto the mark and the restroom didn’t seem clean and that’s where it’s a 4 star instead of 5. But if we come to Salt Lake City ever again, we will definitely revisit this place.

10/10. I got jasmine tea, fried mantou, and stir fried chicken. Maria gave me a takeout container for the last half of my chicken and cabbage-- it's a lot more food than you would think. All the food came out piping hot and fresh. Good enough service for a 60% tip 👍

Had the worst dining experience in Charlie Chow's Dragon Grill tonight. It was our first time being there, and it will be our last time there too. First, our waitress is a really resentful looking middle aged asian women. No smile on her face at all the whole time. She didn't greet us at all. We got Mongolian stir fry. Each time she just placed our food on the table without any words, and didn't ask us how was the food or so. After my husband gave her back the check, she just took it away without even saying thank you, instead my husband said have a good night to her!! She totally ruined everyone's mood. I can't believe that my husband even tipped her 12%. I seriously would suggest $0 tip to this kind of waitress and worst service!! Second, their Mongolian stir fry's price is $17.99/person, and there is no senior discount. The options for stir fry are quite limited. Comparing to the other Chinese buffet, Charlie Chow's Dragon Grill is seriously the worst. King's buffet is the same price, it has senior discount, and it has way more food options there. I don't usually like to waste my time to write the bad review. But I think I have to this time. Never got this kind of bad dining service before. I DO NOT RECOMMEND people to dine there at all. It will only ruin your appetite! I wish I could give it zero star. This restaurant does not deserve even one star.

Fantastic Dining Experience at Charlie Chow’s Dragon Grill I recently dined at Charlie Chow’s Dragon Grill and had an exceptional experience! From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. I began with the appetizers and indulged in the Szechuan dumplings and pot stickers, both of which were absolutely delicious. In particular, the pot stickers stood out as some of the best I’ve had in Salt Lake City. Moving on to the grill, I was blown away by the variety of flavor combinations and the freshness of the ingredients. Each bite was a burst of tantalizing flavors, and I found myself impressed with every dish I tried. Overall, my experience at Charlie Chow’s Dragon Grill was nothing short of fantastic. The attentive service, delectable appetizers, and mouthwatering grill options have left me eager to return for another delightful meal. Highly recommended!
