I recently dined it, It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Simran, our server is very knowledgeable about the menu.She recommended some amazing dishes like Bao bun, chicken 65, Momos etc. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant. If anyone looking for delicious Chinese cuisine and exceptional experience. Would definitely come back again!

It’s a must try place if you are fan of Chinese Hakka food. It has perfect balance between tangy and savoury . Good balance of Chinese and Indian spices- it’s a fusion that works so well. For starters I tried Crispy Lotus Stem The balance of flavours is spot-on, with the sauce coating every bite beautifully. Garnished with sesame seeds and spring onions, it’s a dish that’s as visually appealing as it is delicious. It’s the perfect appetizer to kick off a Hakka feast.Main course was *Butter garlic chicken* with jasmine rice. The balance of heat ,garlic and tanginess were spot on. It was the ultimate comfort food needed for chilly Friday night. Staff were also very welcoming.

Tried a new Chinese restaurant today, and it was absolutely amazing! I ordered the Spicy Hakka Noodles and Manchurian combo, and it was so, so good—perfectly spicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. I loved it so much that I even got another one for takeaway! The service was quick and efficient, and the staff was polite. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable, making it a great spot to dine in. Definitely coming back for more! Highly recommend if you’re craving some delicious Hakka-style Chinese food.

We had the pleasure of dining at Chalu Chinese on Taunton Road in Oakville, and it was an outstanding experience. Their Indo-Chinese cuisine is simply amazing—each dish burst with great taste and generous portions that left me thoroughly satisfied. I was particularly impressed by their commitment to using natural ingredients; no MSG, artificial flavors, or palm oil are used in their recipes, which truly sets them apart. The menu is wonderfully diverse, offering not only classic Indo-Chinese dishes but also exciting Thai fusion options. We loved, soya chap , fried rice with tofu - which were beyond expectations. Must try. We also did uber eats and there honey chilli potato and chaap was super delicious and our guest were happy. On my visit, I got to try their newly launched drinks menu, and I must say, it did not disappoint! I’ve since ordered from Chalu Chinese three times, and each experience has only reinforced my love for this place. Opened just two months ago, this restaurant boasts a comfortable dining space and top-notch service that makes every visit memorable. If you’re looking for a fresh, innovative take on Indo-Chinese cuisine in Oakville, Chalu Chinese is a must-try and comes highly recommended!
