Carrabba's Italian Grill

First time here , but wow amazing. Atmosphere is so cozy and inviting. Taylor was our server and he was great. He gave us info on the menu , how the food is made and gave great suggestions. He was so helpful and kind. Made the meal even better.

Our server was Fredrik O. He was very friendly. His small talk was inviting and appropriate. The guy who brought our meal out was very friendly as well. Everyone that we encountered made our experience very pleasant. Our food came out hot and delicious.This was by far the best overall experience that I can remember in a very long time. This was my first time at this restaurant. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We sat at the bar and had a wonderful meal. We were informed of the specials and offered promotions which was great. Melissa and Nicole gave us fabulous service as well. 10 out of 5 stars. The Amos Bouche was a nice touch with my glass of wine

We tried the eggplant parmesan, shrimp and scallop linguine, lobster ravioli ,and the classic combination appetizer. Both entrees come with the option of a salad or soup. The lobster ravioli (not pictured here) was horrible, the sauce wasn’t creamy it tasted watered down and the ravioli barely had any filling in it, the food overall is pretty similar to Olive Garden honestly. The calamari in the classic combination appetizer was mushy and tasted like pure oil and the scallops were very overcooked so they were difficult to chew- so that wasn’t pleasant. Service is okay, it often felt like the server was rushing us out the door.

The food here is typically great. Family decided to order takeout tonight. But, this was very disappointing. Text was sent to start heading over. Got there and had to wait and additional 15-20min. Got home and food was already cold. Three meals. Fettuccine carrabbas, chicken was over cooked and dry, 7oz sirloin steak was over cooked when asked for medium, and I decided to get spaghetti and meat balls. Let me tell you such a sad generic looking serving. 3 small meat "balls." I was atleast anticipating 4-5 with how the sizes were or atleast 3 racket ball size meatballs for $20 worth, just Crazyyyy. If it was like $12 sure, because it looked like a kids meal. See picture for details. BE AWARE WHEN ORDERING TAKEOUT. NEVER AGAIN!
