Great place to get Chinese food in the Katy area. I got the appetizer Ferris wheel, which came with basil chicken, salt and pepper squid, shrimp toast, fries, and curry fish balls. I also got their teddy bear milk tea. I was very pleased that I came during their happy hour from 4 to 6 PM as you get 20% off. This place is not crowded when I went on a Wednesday evening. The service was great. The food was a little too salty. The milk tea was good in terms of sweetness and flavor. Good portion sizes and I would come back.

The ambience was breathtaking, the service was incredible and the FOOD WAS DELICIOUS! A delightful experience and our server was so great.. recommending dishes and making sure our table stayed clean and clear ready for the next meal. Very authentic food and even better unique drink & dessert options.

The food is delicious! The chicken wings are so crispy, and the citrus honey sauce for them is so good (not too sweet!). The pork chops were a little salty for my tastes, but the black pepper sauce helped tone it down a bit. The bear for the milk tea is so cute + the tea itself is wonderful, strong tea flavor without being overly sweetened. My boyfriend loved the mushroom curry over rice too.

Cafe 11 in Katy transported me straight back to the bustling streets of Wan Chai, Hong Kong, with their incredible lunch! We started with the show-stopping Merry Ferris Wheel of appetizers—crispy and spicy tofu, flavorful curry squid balls, and perfectly seasoned salt and pepper squid. Each bite was a burst of deliciousness. For our mains, the satay beef noodles were rich and satisfying, the sizzling grilled chicken was tender and juicy, and the fresh house salad provided a refreshing counterpoint. A simple lemon tea completed the delightful meal. The service was impeccable, adding to the overall fantastic experience. Cafe 11 is a must-try for anyone craving authentic Hong Kong flavors. Highly recommended!

Portuguese chicken was kinda like a curry very good 8/10. Salt and pepper wings 10/10 Beef chow fun 7/10 Very good would come again, the baked pork looks very appetizing
