Customer reviews often provide valuable insights into a restaurant's offerings and overall experience. For C&T Wok, the available feedback highlights several key aspects, including the availability of table service, the graciousness of the host, the generous portion sizes, the variety of menu options (including Thai cuisine), and the overall taste and value. Let's delve into what customers have shared about their experiences at this establishment.

One customer, initially searching for a Chinese restaurant with table service, noted that Google directed them to C&T Wok. This indicates that while they offer carry-out, they also cater to those looking for a more traditional dining experience. The reviewer described the dining area as "small" but praised the "very gracious host." This suggests a more intimate setting with a focus on hospitality. They also observed the carry-out service being utilized during their meal, indicating that C&T Wok caters to both dine-in and takeout customers.

The attentiveness of the host and the short wait time were also highlighted as positive aspects of the service. When it came to the food, the reviewer was particularly impressed with the portion sizes, describing them as "huge." They ordered the Orange chicken, noting its surprisingly vibrant red color upon arrival. Despite the unexpected hue, the taste was described as "great" with a "mild spice." The chicken itself was praised for being "crispy with a soft center," indicating a well-prepared dish. The Sweet n Sour chicken, another order, shared the same positive attributes in terms of texture but came with only "one sweet sauce," which was deemed insufficient to cover all the chicken. Despite this minor issue, the reviewer concluded that these two dishes were "more than enough for the two of us," further emphasizing the generous portions.

The overall value was also seen as a positive, with the reviewer mentioning "fair prices" and a wide selection of dishes to choose from, including Thai options. The presence of a "kid menu" was noted, although the adult portions were substantial enough to be shared. This review paints a picture of C&T Wok as a restaurant that offers a welcoming environment with a gracious host, serves large portions of tasty food at reasonable prices, and provides a diverse menu that extends beyond traditional Chinese cuisine to include Thai dishes.

A first-time customer who ordered online for pick up also shared a positive experience, stating, "Very good food!" This indicates that the quality extends to their takeout service as well. Interestingly, this customer ordered exclusively Thai dishes: green curry, drunken noodles, and garlic stir fry. They noted that the rice was "a little dry and stale," which is an area for potential improvement. However, they were "otherwise very pleased with price, portion, and taste!" This review corroborates the previous one regarding the fair prices and generous portions, while also highlighting the flavorful Thai offerings. The minor issue with the rice suggests that while the main dishes were well-received, there might be some variability in the side items.

Based on these reviews, C&T Wok in Morrisville offers a unique blend of Chinese and Thai cuisine, catering to both dine-in and takeout customers. The environment for dine-in, though small, is characterized by a gracious and attentive host. A key feature of C&T Wok appears to be the generous portion sizes offered across their menu, providing good value for the price. The taste of the dishes, particularly the Orange chicken and the Thai entrees (green curry, drunken noodles, and garlic stir fry), has been praised. While one reviewer noted a minor issue with the amount of sauce for the Sweet n Sour chicken and another with the dryness of the rice, the overall sentiment regarding the food quality is positive.

The environment of C&T Wok, as described by one reviewer, features a "small dining area." This suggests a more intimate and perhaps less bustling atmosphere compared to larger restaurants. The presence of a "very gracious host" implies a personal touch to the service, potentially making dine-in customers feel more welcome and attended to. The observation of ongoing carry-out service indicates that the restaurant also efficiently handles off-premises orders.

In terms of services, C&T Wok offers both table service for dine-in customers and carry-out for those preferring to eat elsewhere. The attentive service provided by the host was specifically mentioned as a positive aspect of the dine-in experience. The availability of online ordering for pick up further enhances the convenience for takeout customers. The diverse menu, encompassing both Chinese and Thai dishes, caters to a wider range of culinary preferences. The presence of a kid menu suggests that families are also welcome.

Features of C&T Wok include its dual offering of Chinese and Thai cuisine, the availability of both dine-in with table service and convenient carry-out, the exceptionally large portion sizes, the fair pricing, and the gracious and attentive host. The positive feedback on the taste of several dishes, including the Orange chicken and the Thai selections, indicates a focus on flavor. The kid menu also makes it a family-friendly option.

I wanted to find a Chinese "restaurant" with table service and Google took me here. It's a small dining area and a very gracious host. They also offer carry-out service, as was occurring during our meal. The host was attentive and our wait was short. The portion sizes were huge. I ordered the Orange chicken (which was surprisingly very red when delivered). Great taste, mild spice. Chicken was crispy with a soft center. Same for the Sweet n Sour chicken we ordered - only it came with one sweet sauce, which was not enough to cover all the chicken. These two dishes were more than enough for the two of us. Fair prices and lots of dishes to choose from, including Thai. There's a kid menu, but the two dishes were enough to share.

First time customer, ordered online for pick up. Very good food! I ordered all Thai - green curry, drunken noodles, and garlic stir fry. Rice was a little dry and stale, but otherwise very pleased with price, portion, and taste!

A must eat place for me whenever I visit Cary. Great authentic dishes along with the more americanized food. I’m a sucker for their general tsos chicken. I’d love to try everything on their menu.

We were there on 12/20/24 it was crowded we had to wait 10 minutes outside due to very narrow space. After coming to the table. Server took our order. We order magnolia ck. It was all raw onion bearly any piece of chicken. Also, other food was disgusting. No flavor, we order 3 dishes and only got small bowl of rice. We left everything like that. Came home without food. We do not recommend to anyone.

Worst service ever!!!! We went in during our office lunch hour only for them to not take our order for more than 20 mins!!!! Then the food didn't come for 40 mins! Moreover the food was very basic, the chicken was so dry inside. There are much, much better places around. After all this terrible service, the waitress kept asking for a tip? Absolutely, NEVER going again.
