Absolutely terrible. Stopped here to grab a quick burger and fries. I was greeted by a middle aged employee throwing fries from a prepared order back into the fry hopper, she then began swearing at the other employees who were cooking. Generally not caring who saw her act like a fool nor heard the filth coming out of her mouth. I decided to leave and never go back. Clearly she wasn't having it her way.

These people at this Burger King were great! They weren't too happy when we showed up, but handled us like pros. I'm a school bus driver for Stockbridge Valley Central Schools and our boys varsity team had a game in South Lewis, NY. After the game the coaches asked if we could get food for the boys and them. We found and drove to the Boonville BK. They weren't expecting 15 of us, but they did great. We were out of there in less than an hour with everyone getting some food and eating in the restaurant. Awesome job to everyone at Boonville Burger King!

staff are friendly , I'd just wish that I could get what I ordered through the drive through , this is two times now that I've left the drive through and got home to realize 1/3 or many parts of my order were never in the bag ! really frustrating.

The employees were filled with spirit and were very friendly. They got my food out and hot within a timely manner. The restaurant was very clean and tidy. I had the pleasure of having Tanya as my server and she was very driven. I walked away with a smile. Also there is handicap access. Highly recommend.
