About Buffet@Asia
Buffet@Asia is a Chinese restaurant located at 151 N Nellis Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89110, USA. They can be contacted at (702) 432-4330 or +1 702-432-4330.
As a Chinese restaurant operating as an Asian buffet, Buffet@Asia is noted for its value. Customers have highlighted that the amount and variety of food offered for the price is exceptional. A significant feature is their weekend offerings, which include crab legs, crab, and Cajun shrimp.
The food is generally described as fresh and tasty. The buffet includes a range of common Asian dishes such as pepper steak, beef and broccoli, teriyaki chicken, chicken skewers, fried and baked fish, as well as some non-Asian options like pizza. There is also a soup area with wonton and egg drop soup, and an appetizer section featuring crab rangoons, tempura fried vegetables, and fried dumplings.
The sushi selection is considered decent, with California rolls, California eel rolls, Philadelphia salmon rolls, and crunchy crab rolls available. They also offer items like baby octopus and large prawns, as well as vegetables with steamed shrimp.
Service is described as adequate, where staff provide what is needed when approached. Customers may need to ask for items like sauce cups, which are not automatically provided. The wasabi at the sushi bar is identified as a freeze-dried version.
The environment is reported to be clean. However, one customer noted that table turnovers could be slow, leading to unoccupied but uncleared tables and a growing line at the entrance.
Free drinks are included with the meal. While the dessert section is considered average by some, it includes items like Jell-O and small cupcakes. The primary draw of Buffet@Asia is the wide selection of food at an affordable price.
Weekend nights may feature snow crab legs and possibly frog legs, although it's recommended to verify this with the restaurant directly. Buffet@Asia is located off the Strip but is accessible via bus from Flamingo & Las Vegas Blvd eastbound or a rideshare.
Currently, no specific promotional information beyond the weekend seafood offerings and free drinks is available in the provided reviews.

This place gets a 5 star from me mainly because the value you get for what you paid can’t be beat. Weekends they have crab legs , crab, Cajun shrimps etc. I visited this evening, the food was fresh, tasty and the staff was good. Free drinks with your food. The desert section was mehn…. but again that’s not what you go there for. The facility was clean but they were a bit slow with the turnovers cos when I was going out there was a ton of empty seats uncleaned while the line at the front door was growing. I will sure visit whenever I’m in town. It’s a bit away from the strip but u can take a bus from flamingo & Las Vegas blvd eastbound or a cheap ride share.
Everything tasted great. But if you’ve been to one Asian, lunch, Buffay, then you’ve been to them all because they kind of all have the same food. They had pepper steak, beef and broccoli, Teriyaki chicken, chicken, skewers, fried fish, baked fish, pizza, an assortment of desserts with Jell-O and little cupcake looking thingies. They had an area that had wonton an egg drop soup. And then like an appetizer area that had crab Rangoon’s, Tempura fried vegetables and fried dumplings. The sushi was pretty decent. They had California rolls, California eel roll, Philadelphia salmon rolls, crunchy crab rolls. The service is OK. It’s not the kind of service that you expects in most places but they give you what you need. If you need something you find them and they give it to you. They don’t automatically give you the little cups for the sauces so you have to ask. Also the wasabi on the sushi bar is not real wasabi. It’s like that freeze dried weird stuff. You can tell because it’s like a neon green. But did it taste great mixed up with my dumpling style soy sauce, yea. They have baby octopuses, large prawn, they have vegetables with steamed shrimp. The food was great for the price that you pay. I would love to go back and try one of their snow crab legs nights. That’s usually I think on weekend nights I’m not sure, but I also think they have frog legs too on that buffet. I will definitely update when I check this place out again for dinner.
The sushi nigiri was dry to the touch. I went in around 345 and they reassured me that they had just put the sushi out 10-15 minutes ago, even though the dry erase on the guards said 10-2pm. They said they just forgot to update the time on the glass, but the meat was completely dry to the touch. They brought out some additional slices of sashimi for me, but it did not smell right either. I paid $22--the mushrooms and other cooked things were average or good, but the sushi had me concerned for people's health.
I have been wanting to try this place for some time now,so I was excited when,on my birthday, I finally went. I was immediately disappointed by the pushy host who tried to persuade us to pay in cash as opposed to credit and asked us to tip before the meal at the same rate expected at a full service restaurant. What a mistake it was to give a 10% tip at a place that offered almost zero service . The rude waitresses didn’t even ask if we wanted refills of our drinks . They didn’t even get our drink orders correct, which is the only service they offered. And it wasn’t with a friendly smile either!! I felt I had to review this restaurant because I was led to believe they offered excellent service and great food from the reviews I read on here , which I have to believe were written ny people who were paid to write them because they couldn’t be anymore misleading . The food had obviously been sitting out for a long time. It tasted old and stale and was barely warm. With the exception of maybe the fried rice, I was unhappy with everything I tried and the selection was as disappointing as the service. The food looks nothing like the pictures they advertise. The best advice I can offer is avoid this place and go somewhere else if want to enjoy a good meal with decent service. I felt ripped off because I was given very little for what I was expected to pay. If you do go , don’t fall for the tip before your meal policy ,because their service sucks ! The food is nothing special and you’ll leave here feeling anything but satisfied…….
This buffet provides all-you-can-eat crab legs and Cantonese Lobster on the weekends. The price is only $24, which is an amazing price compared to the Las Vegas strip. They also have the items you expect to find at a Chinese Buffet. This buffet was delicious at a great price.
