About Buffalo Kitchen

Welcome to Buffalo Kitchen, a Chinese restaurant nestled in the heart of San Francisco, at 107 Leland Ave (zip code 94134), USA. As a dedicated establishment within the Chinese Restaurant category, Buffalo Kitchen aims to bring the authentic flavors of Chinese cuisine to the local community. You can easily reach us at (415) 586-2986 or our mobile number, +1 415-586-2986.

While specific details about the restaurant's ambiance and décor are not explicitly available online, Chinese restaurants often strive to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for their guests. You can likely expect a setting conducive to enjoying a meal with family and friends. It's always a good idea to check online for recent photos or, better yet, visit Buffalo Kitchen to experience the atmosphere firsthand.

In terms of services, as a standard Chinese restaurant, Buffalo Kitchen likely offers dine-in options, allowing you to savor your meal in a traditional restaurant setting. Depending on their operational model, they might also provide takeout services for those who prefer to enjoy their food at home. To confirm if delivery services are available, it's best to contact them directly at the provided phone numbers.

Based on the valuable feedback from patrons online, a standout feature of Buffalo Kitchen is their commitment to freshly prepared dishes. One review specifically highlights their "pork and egg rice noodle roll / Cheung fun / 腸粉" as being "made fresh to order and is outstanding." This suggests a dedication to quality and the use of fresh ingredients, particularly in their Cantonese-style offerings. Cheung fun, a popular dish in Cantonese cuisine, requires skill and precision to make perfectly, and this positive review indicates that Buffalo Kitchen excels in this area. For those unfamiliar, Cheung fun is a savory steamed rice noodle roll, often filled with ingredients like shrimp, beef, char siu (barbecue pork), or, as mentioned, pork and egg. The freshness of the noodles is crucial to the texture and overall enjoyment of this dish.

It's important to acknowledge all feedback to provide a balanced and objective introduction. One customer shared a negative experience regarding perceived judgment and poor treatment based on their appearance. This review recounts an incident where a staff member allegedly made assumptions about the customer's ability to pay and discouraged them from ordering. This type of feedback is a serious concern, as all customers should be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their appearance. While this single review doesn't define the entire establishment, it's a point potential customers may want to consider alongside the positive comments about the food quality.

To gain a comprehensive understanding of Buffalo Kitchen, it would be beneficial to explore additional online reviews from various platforms. These reviews can often provide further insights into the consistency of food quality, the attentiveness of the service, and the overall dining experience. Keep in mind that individual experiences can vary, and a collection of reviews can offer a more well-rounded perspective.

If you are a local resident looking for a Chinese restaurant in the Leland Ave area of San Francisco, Buffalo Kitchen presents itself as an option, particularly if you appreciate freshly made Cantonese specialties like the praised pork and egg Cheung fun. We encourage you to consider the available information, including both the positive feedback on their food and the negative feedback regarding service, when making your dining decision. Supporting local businesses is a cornerstone of community vibrancy, and exploring different culinary options adds to the richness of the local food scene.

1st of all I live really close to this place one morning I was hungry so I went to Buffalo Kitchen wearing my sleeping wear, the waiter lady came up to me and said u know that we are a expensive restaurant, she judged me by my appearance and was hoping that I don't order because she thought that I was probably some homeless that is probably going to eat and not pay. I left the restaurant without order anything, and will encourage people that see discrimination not to eat there also.

My favorite neighborhood restaurant! I love getting takeout from here, they get the order ready so fast and it's always delicious. Terrific prices for the portions, the $31 combo meal (3 dishes, rice, soup) is my go-to.

I thought I was robbing them for how much food they gave me for $40, CASH ONLY. It's a family owned restaurant, so they close early. 😋 Worth it
