Brothers' Buffet

I have been to many buffets and can say this one had the freshest seafood. The food was good. I would definitely go back.

Extensive buffet including fresh shrimp and other seafood -- a great value for the price and large selection. Even the dessert section was impressive, amazingly good ice cream. Lots of attentive and pleasant servers always cleaning up and taking plates, and a nice space as well. Would definitely recommend.

I had high hopes for Brothers’ Buffet, but unfortunately, my experience left a lot to be desired. The food was a major letdown — overly greasy, oily, and incredibly bland. Nothing really stood out, and everything tasted like it had been sitting out too long or reheated one too many times. What really ruined the experience, though, was the service — or rather, the pressure. My wife and I go out to eat not just for the food, but for the overall experience, and this one felt uncomfortable from start to finish. We were practically hovered over by staff the entire time, and it became clear pretty quickly that it was all about pushing for a tip. We usually tip 20% or more, without hesitation, but this time it just felt forced and awkward. That kind of pressure kills any enjoyment. I was initially leaning toward 3 stars, thinking maybe it was just an off day, but the combination of poor food and uncomfortable service brought it down. Disappointing, to say the least.

I have never been so insulted and felt so disrespected. I spoke with the owner Tung and we agreed to meet at the restaurant today to discuss this matter and maybe get a face-to-face apology and even more importantly, the owner would educate the employees on how to deal with anyone with a disability rather than ask them to leave. I drove 30 minutes one way to meet with the owner and the same employee that was so rude To my wife and myself with a gift certificate for 1 free lunch we were told that she had things to do she couldn’t make it. That tells me right there that this issue is not very important to her or her business at all not a phone call or text saying that she could not make it. That would’ve been acceptable but nothing, I am not the type of person to complain about anything at all. I usually let things just go, but this is very serious,. It is very obvious that it is not a customer with disability friendly restaurant And I would not recommend anyone with any type of disability whatsoever To go there I actually would not recommend anyone at all to go there due to the ignorance, Disrespect, discriminatory attitude, and plain out non-caring attitude about a customer complaint. I think I will take this further

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The food was terrible—everything tasted old, bland, or just straight-up questionable. Half the trays were empty, and what was left looked like it had been sitting there for hours. When I called ahead to ask about the price, they told me one thing, but when I got there, it was completely different (of course, more expensive). The service was just as bad. The staff barely acknowledged us, and when they did, they seemed annoyed, like we were bothering them just by being there. And the worst part? They force you to tip! How does that even make sense when the service is this bad? Overall, this place is a complete rip-off. Bad food, bad service, shady pricing, and they pressure you into tipping for an experience that isn’t worth a dime. Don’t waste your time or money here.
