What an awesome place! I had the opportunity to come and try some seriously delicious food. I had never ordered from an automat before so that was new and exciting as well. Dani helped out tremendously and made excellent suggestions! I can’t believe how delicious everything was. I really sincerely hope that they open somewhere in Suffolk County as well so that I can go more often. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Best part of my work trip, the people were very friendly and the food was great. Got the Firecracker Chicken Sandwich and Waffle Fries. The waffle fries are super crispy, best I've had so far.

Brooklyn Dumpling Shop is cute! From the moment we walked in we were asked if we needed help. The art decor is chic and modern. You order your food on the kiosk. Service is super quick. They’re very attentive and want to make sure you have fully enjoying your experience! This place was my son’s pick and I’m glad we came!

First off there are real people there if you need help. Tal was amazing in spirit and customer service! The waffle fries and peanut sauce are an absolute must trust me. The slaw is good just not my thing personally. My favorite dumpling oddly enough ended up being the Greek lamb gyro, it was soo good with the tzatziki sauce. Also the spicy chili crisp in the side is another must. The kung pao chicken nugs were pretty standard. But my previously mentioned was the most delicious. If you like Korean pork buns / kimchi the Korean beef dumplings are for you . The gimmick of the auto mat thing is exactly that , but it did draw me in to some solid grub. Ordering was easy on the touch screen and there’s people happy to assist.

I’d heard about this place previously so when I was in the area had to stop in. Such fun food and a fun concept. Serving very unique fusion dumplings along with more traditional noodle dishes you order your food at a kiosk where it’s then cooked to order. When your number comes up you go to the front and present your receipt to trigger a locker opening which contains your food. While it seems like a new concept I learned true automat concept has been around for years. Outside of the unique ordering process all of the dumplings we tried were delicious. Mac and cheese, lamb gyro and Reuben dumplings were all bursting with flavor in perfectly crispy dumplings. I could pop em by the dozen. We also enjoyed some noodle dishes with perfectly crispy shrimp. Lo mein on steroids. Couldn’t leave without trying the dessert dumplings. Apple pie dumpling was Another winner. Great concept, delicious food. This is the perfect place to grab a quick lunch or pick up dinner for take out on your way home. Love this spot.
