When ordering a $15.00 salad of tomatoes over fresh arugula I wasn’t expecting no arugula. I think this will be my last time ordering out from this restaurant. This establishment has lost a family of 5 as customers. The description of the salad is in the photos.

We had a reservation at 7. We were not seated until 7:45. For our patience we were offered Garlic Knots which we never received. The waitress was inattentive and only came to serve food, never to refills on our drinks. The food was pretty good, but it wasn't excellent. Personally I don't think I would go back if I wasn't with them.

I wish I could give this place all five stars because the decor is adorable and the food was plentiful and amazing. (See my pics) so first of all, please, please, please go. They have an incredible menu selection with all sorts of fun, novelty items like the pizza cone and fried oickle on a stick. But to the management… We walked in the door on the side which says for dining, and we waited several minutes before finally popping our head over to the other side of the dining room or the staff was all congregated talking, to ask to be seated. The waitress was very patient with us as we made our way through the menu to order but after that point, we had to consistently call her to get her attention. She sat at a table with other staff with her back to us. We were one of two tables she had. In addition, we ordered a wings appetizer, and when we were done, we put our plates at the edge of the table, and she repeatedly came back and did not take them, until we finally asked her to at which point she seemed indignant. We could see that they had a busser, so I guess she planned on letting them sit there until the end of the meal and until he retrieved them. It was also disappointing that we finally had to ask for our meal at which point she had indicated that I guess she had the kitchen holding it waiting for us to finish our wings. As per our picture they were huge and there was no way we were going to finish them. We were in a rush, so that kind of held us up. And once again we were given the check and had to get up and get the waitresses attention to get boxes and our check to go. Final point, I appreciate that they are using paper straws and no plastic bags as per New Jersey law, but then they are using some type of disinfectant wipe in packages on the tables, instead of a reusable cloth and spray, or even paper towels.

I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding an incident that occurred during my visit to your restaurant tonight. A family with a service dog entered the dining room, and I was shocked by the behavior of one of your staff members, Cindy, who was not our waitress. From the moment they arrived, Cindy displayed an extremely rude attitude towards the family, attempting to refuse them service while rolling her eyes and creating a tense atmosphere for everyone present. Her behavior was not only uncomfortable for the family involved, but for everyone in the dining room. As if that wasn’t enough, Cindy proceeded to come to my table uninvited, speaking negatively about the family and calling them “ridiculous” while I was trying to enjoy my dinner with my own family. Despite my efforts to remain polite, she returned a second time, continuing to rant about the situation and insisting that her brother, a dog trainer, told her service dogs are not allowed in such settings. When I calmly told her that they are indeed allowed, she became rude and nasty towards me, making me feel incredibly uncomfortable. To make matters worse, she continued to speak loudly about this family to other patrons, involving them in the situation, which I found highly unprofessional. Her behavior was discriminatory and bordered on bullying, as she unnecessarily dragged others into a situation they had no part in. As a mental health therapist, I was appalled by her lack of empathy and understanding for someone who may have been struggling, and I was left feeling very disturbed by the way Cindy handled the situation. I am seriously considering filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, as no paying customer should be subjected to this kind of treatment in a professional dining environment. I kindly ask that you take immediate action to address this matter. This incident has greatly impacted my experience at your restaurant, and I hope steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen to others in the future.

My wife has wanted to go here for quite some time as our friends love the place. I have passed the restaurant lots of times and always thought it was just another pizza place in a strip mall. Thankfully, I was completely wrong. My wife decided we would give ot a try for her birthday dinner. There wasn't an item on the menu that we all tried that wasn't a quality freshly made dish. They have many menu items that I would expect most pizzerias to have, but then they have great traditional and unique appetizer and dinner plates found at purely dine-in only Italian restaurants. The quality of the food explained the ridiculous amount of people on line to pick up to-go orders as nearly every table was full. Restaurant was very clean and staff were great. I believe they may have been a bit understaffed for a Friday evening, but you wouldn't know it as they hustled to make sure everyone was happy and well served. It's BYOB! Make reservations! Fyi, calamari was attacked by my kids before I could snap a pic. Good size portion
