Bonchon Fayetteville

We ordered the mixed chicken with Korean BBQ, Soy Garlic, and Yangnyeom sauces as I've had the spicy before and the Yangnyeom was new. The Yangnyeom is by far my favorite sauce other than spicy to get now. The bulgogi fries are also just as good and crunchy as the chicken.

I walked-in and placed a take-out order at Bonchon Fayetteville. It was my first time, the host was very knowledgeable, the food came out very fast and everything was fresh. I think it is a tad bit over-priced for a chicken wing combo and the chicken could have been cooked a little longer, but overall, they have great quality food and I'm very satisfied.

Way good food! I highly recommend stopping in and having some chicken and donut. They are both really good, I had the Korean bbq boneless chicken, it’s a little bit spicy but it is so good. The robot comes out with your food which the kids enjoy. Then we topped it off with doughnuts and they are super good and filling, we could hardly finish half a doughnut per person because they are so fulfilling. The whole family liked the food, kids and all.

Thad an amazing experience at this fried chicken spot! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure my order was just right. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming-perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. Definitely my go-to place for fried chicken from now on!

Clearly there are some issues with customer service here. I’ve been waiting a while to dine here because I’ve read positive reviews on the food and I was excited to try it out. I came inside and there were two young adults/teens in the front that did not greet us and then proceeded to not explain the ordering procedure, seating, or how anything works as I tried to ask questions. They whispered and laughed amongst themselves while I was trying to communicate with them. This was so uncomfortable to the point where I decided to walk out because of how disrespectful they were being. I’ve worked in the food service industry, customer service, and I dine all over the world and poor customer service will continue to be a hinderance if not corrected.
