Good dim sum, good service-polite, efficient. Large sized taro fried dumpling. Skin (wrap) to shrimp dumpling is thin, with nice chew. Good flavors, not so salty. Good value. 7 dishes $52. Beautiful setting. Nice glass enclosed banquet room.

So this place completely fooled us. We came here thinking it was going to be great, little did we know my wife would end up getting food poisoned. We wanted a 6lb lobster. They said they didnt have any that big but they have 2 3lb ones. They ended up giving us pieces of lobster that they claimed added up to 6.5lbs. Some of the pieces you know didnt come from the same lobster because it was discolored and sour. We told the manager we think it might be rotten because the meat was mushie, smells and tasted sour, the lady manager said thats how it is, shruged her shoulders and walked away. Take a look at the pictures, you can see it looks shy at least 3 lbs and see the rotten meat. A table ordered 2 lbs of lobster and our plate of lobster looked exactly the same.... when we asked the manager about it, she said 6 lbs? No ours is 6.5lbs. I pointed out how it was missing 2 and a half claws and many tail pieces. She says that's how the lobsters come.... I have pictures, you can be the judge. We asked for a high chair twice and kept asking for water which eventually made it to us by near the end of dining. Do yourself a favor and go to Boston lobster or Newport seafood. If you do for what ever reason decide to go here, don't get scammed like us, go to the lobster tank and point to the one you want. If they don't pull it out to cook, you know they just screwed you. After thought, I bet the lobster is probably left over pieces from the previous banquet or maybe they have a bucket of pre chopped lobsters they throw into the fryer. It would explain the random pieces and ungodly amount of legs attached to multiple bodies and scattered rotten pieces. They even asked us if we want the tais and heads for some reason when we were packing.

The recent visit was a big disappointment. Came here for dim sum during lunch. There were several failures. A server took our order list and circled what we ordered and left on the table. We waited for more than 30 minutes and food did not show up. Waved over the manager and he said our orders were not put in. He quickly put them in the computer and food came quickly. How no one noticed a table of 4 without food for such long time during lunch was beyond belief. Second, one of the dish contained rotten meat. It was a bean curd wrap with pork. We told the manager and he mitigated by taking it off our bill. However, he said he tried it and claimed it was fine. My friend and I have many dim sum and we cook. We know what meat should not taste like. Finally, we only had hot water and not tea. We are still charged the tea fee per person. The manager explained tea charges are equivalent to a seating fee. This is probably a tradition that I don’t recall, which is fine. Not that the tea would make the experience any worse or better. I came here a previous time and was impressed with the fresh food and clean environment. With this experience, I would not want to visit again.

They forgot one of our items, when we asked about it, they said it’s coming. But we waited for so long. Their attitude and service was bad. It felt like they don’t care to earn your money. But they automatically included 18% tips in the bill. Also, the skins of their dim sum are very thick.
