Bingz Crispy Burger Square One 西少爷肉夹馍

First time trying here. I got the Black Pepper Beef. The website site says it's a local-farm beef knuckle cut and king oyster mushroom stir-fried with special black pepper sauce. The burger bun was nice and crisp, but no flavor. The pepper sauce was good, but the meat had too many fatty pieces for me. Not my cup of tea! I really wanted to love these Bingz sandwiches but I really don't understand the hype. I ordered the pulled beef with a side of fries. The sandwich was fresh and the flaky "bun" was good but the meat was so bland. It was almost $7 and there was barely any meat and no sauce or seasoning. I had to dip this sandwich into ketchup and it still wasn't good. The service was okay, nothing special. I wouldn't return and I don't think the price is right for what you get.

Tried Bingz Crispy Burger and enjoyed the Butter Chicken and Black Pepper Beef. Both had great texture with crispy buns, but the flavors could have been a bit bolder. Still worth trying for something unique!

The service was fast but this Bingz location isn’t what I’m used to compared to its much better Location in Markham. The buns were too crispy, mind you I love crispy but not when it’s falling apart. The meat had no flavour besides black pepper and too much sauce and not nearly as much actual meat.

This Chinese fast food place is located in the lower level of the food court in Square One. We experienced a wait time for our order. The food was different and they had an option of many crispy burger fillings. The outer covering reminds me of a flaky pastry so it’s enjoyable and I found it to be the perfect size. The matcha and plum drinks were unique combos which went with the food. Loved how the food was presented and served. Would def return to try the other items in the menu.
