What brings me home ain't the taste of barbecue. It's the smell; that sweet, warm smell of wood-fired BBQ. That is the very first thing that greets you as you approach the restaurant, beckoning and inviting you to have some delicious food. Inside, the Retro-Western decor just makes it even more memorable. The only downside of this place is the absence of fried food: not only fried meats (which is not really a bad thing in a BBQ place), but no fries, mashed potato, or fried okra can leave some disappointed. But the limited variety does not harm the quality of the main courses. Definitely recommend if you love BBQ!

I went to the store with my parents in the 78412. The staff seemed upset that we walked in. While in line, an employee in uniform(Sabrina) was having a personal conversation with the manager and kept stepping closer and closer behind me. She made rude comments about my parents, then a racist comment about me or us idk. I asked her to please stay out of my personal space, so she stared at me, a hostile look on her face. Then stepped even closer. In general the staff is illiterate, hostile and rude.
