I am giving this five stars so customers and potential people who could be affected can do this easily. I went into the restroom today and waited for a stall to open up. An employee from this restaurant came out of the restroom and walked right past the sinks and walked right back into the kitchen and started serving customers again. I wanted to share this because there was no manager on duty at the time that was willing to come out and talk, and it is a parent that there are no health or safety standards and a fact, especially during these winter days at an airport. The photo included is the employee on the right who has not washed their hands after using the restroom.

Food was terrible! The sesame chicken literally taste nothing like any sesame chicken I’ve ever had. It’s like they poured only soy sauce and teriyaki sauce on the chicken. The noodles are slack as well! Literally nothing is good/normal tasting besides the white rice. My husband got the orange chicken, and it was funky tasting too! Waste of money.

Absolute nastiest food I have ever had in my entire life. Spent $35 on orange chicken and threw it away immediately after tasting. Do not waste your money at this terrible place. They will scream at you while you are ordering at the kiosk.

Update September 29, 2024 They have replaced human interaction ordering food with kiosks that are quick and easy to order the food from. Hate to say it, but this is an improvement since as you can see in my review from a year ago, the human based service here was not good at all. Now all it has become is just a semi decent, unhealthy yet convenient food option at the Midway airport. Having said that, check out the picture I have attached of king pao chicken dish I got. It’s mostly rice and a few pieces of chicken. Price: $17.99 plus tax. I think it’s a bit ridiculous but you can make your own judgment. — Big bowl people, please don't ruin your good name and do something about this location. As the other reviewers have said, service at this airport location is truly awful. Replace these people who are not serving your customers and ruining your brand.

I really should look at reviews of airport restaurants. The Mongolian beef with noodles was $22, there were two tiny tiny pieces of broccoli and some small mushroom bits. The noodles are both watery and salty. The sauce on the beef is unlike any Mongolian beef I’ve ever had. It’s like someone took a bunch of discount gravy powder packets and made a sauce. I’m choking this down right now cuz I need food. I’ve never wanted to throw out a meal so expensive before. What I wouldn’t give for a Panda Express meal.
